Crafters, artists, food vendors, and performers are invited to participate in the 2023 season of the Second Saturday Art Walk Vendor Registration event in Blackstone. This event is perfect for those who create handmade items. The event will take place on the second Saturday of May, June, July, August, October, and November from 11AM to 3:00PM. Vendors can set up their tables in the square or on the sidewalks in front of businesses on Main Street. It is recommended to set up as close to the walls as possible, and tents are allowed as long as they do not block the sidewalk or street. Please use weights to secure your tent in case of high winds and avoid blocking open business doorways.

To register as a vendor, there is a fee of $15 per event. Visitors can attend the event for free. Food vendors are welcome to participate and sell snacks, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages. However, it is important to note that Blackstone requires an additional 6.5% meal tax for food sales. Food vendors must be licensed and permitted.

If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email at least 24 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund. The assigned vendor spaces will be sent via email and posted on the website by Wednesday at 8AM before the event. In case of inclement weather, the event will not be canceled until 8:00AM on the day of the event. Any cancellations will be emailed and posted on the website.
