Welcome to the Selkie Surf Fest, a Surf Festival dedicated to honoring mental health and celebrating women in the water. This exciting event offers a variety of activities including yoga, surfing, film screenings, live music, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. The festival takes place at Agate Beach in Newport, Oregon, USA, where the community comes together for a day of holistic healing and fun.

The day starts with a Buti Yoga Flow session led by Tera Bailey, which will help you connect your mind, body, and spirit before hitting the waves. Following a short break, you can immerse yourself in the world of blue health and learn to surf from experienced local surfers and traveling wave riders who are also experts in holistic healing. The surf lesson is suitable for all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned wave rider. You'll not only learn the basics of surfing and how to ride waves comfortably but also gain valuable knowledge in wave reading, risk assessment, and ocean safety. The instructors will also teach you breathwork techniques for calming, grounding, stamina, and warmth, while emphasizing the connection between your health and the health of the ocean.

No prior surfing experience or ocean knowledge is required to participate in these surf sessions. All necessary gear, including surfboards, wetsuits, booties, hoods, and gloves, will be provided to you thanks to Ossies Surf Shop. After the surf session, enjoy a delicious lunch on the sandy beach, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in an artistic grounding activity presented by Happy Daisy Art Company.

To end the day on a high note, head to the Best Western/Agate Beach Inn, where Selkie Soul Work will provide a dinner from Sea Glass Bistro & Lounge. The evening program includes three short films by renowned experts in the field, Dr. Easkey Britton, Dr. Marcie Galbreath-Rawls, and Natalie Small LMFT/Groundswell Community Project. Live music by Hayley Lynn (Duo) will accompany the films, and if weather permits, a beach bonfire and stargazing experience will be available.

Although Yoho National Park is the smallest among these national parks, it has my favorite, Moraine Lake, which ranks number one. The road may be closed in early October in winter, so you can&#39;t go in.

This place is famous. If you are from the south, I suggest you go and see it. After all, it is a world of ice. Take a special snow car. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the glacier. It is sunny and windy on the glacier. Wear more clothes. The service area under the glacier is very good. There are food and drinks. You can see the distant view of the glacier while drinking coffee. It is very comfortable. There are also tourist commodities.
