Shades N Strokes: QTBIPOC Paint & Sip (Adults) is an exciting and inclusive event series taking place in West Palm Beach at the renowned Rohi's Readery. Hosted by the talented local besties Maka Lee (she/they) and Christina Brown (they/them), this event welcomes individuals aged 21 and above from the QTBIPOC fam (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Color) to come together for a wonderful evening of creativity and community.

This unique paint-and-sip event provides a safe space exclusively for Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ individuals to express themselves through art and connect with like-minded individuals. Whether you are a seasoned painter or a complete beginner, all skill levels are welcome to join in the fun.

The amazing artists behind Shades N Strokes bring their own unique perspectives and creativity to the event. Maka Lee, a South Florida-based artist, explores the power of self-expression through various mediums such as music, fashion, and visual art. Their work celebrates the connection between Black queer creatives and fosters a sense of social connectedness. Christina Brown, on the other hand, is an artist, educator, and community builder who is passionate about creating joyful experiences for the QTBIPOC community in West Palm Beach.

Refreshments and painting materials will be provided for all attendees. This is a free event, made possible by Rohi's Readery. Donations are appreciated and will be used to support Revolutionary Educational Programming.
