The one-act play is a close cousin to the short story, in that a lot happens in a brief amount of time—and when done well, the one-act resonates and affects audiences with the power of a full-length dramatic work. The selected works harken to the simple human theme of interaction. What happens when people meet, what do they say to each other, what do they conceal, what do they reveal, and what happens to the audience upon witnessing their interaction? The event relies as much on the actors and playwrights as it does on the audience, which becomes an integral part of the intimate evening. The curtain goes up again.

Metropolitan Museum of Art: Inception Space for Human Civilization This 130,000 square-metre maze hides a larger landscape than the New York skyline. A must-visit spot in NYC! Rockefeller Center is not just iconic&mdash;it&rsquo;s also incredibly functional. Walking through the building is a great experience, with beautiful architecture, vibrant public spaces, and plenty of food options in and around the concourse. One of the best features is the subway station right in the lower level, making it super easy to get to. And of course, it&rsquo;s home to my favorite observation deck in the city&mdash;Top of the Rock. The views are unbeatable!
