DEMONSTRATION EVENT.
Your Chef: Valentine Kitamura
On the menu tonight:
Salmorejo: A refreshing cold soup made of tomatoes and bread combined for a velvety texture. Served with chopped boiled eggs and jamon. A creamier cousin of the Gazpacho!
Clams y Chorizo: a quick and delicious to serve seafood tapas style! Cooked together with white wine and served bread
Croquetas de jamon: fried croquette made of white sauce and Spanish ham. Crunchy on the outside, creamy inside!
Albondigas en Salsa : beef and pork meatballs, oven fried and served with lightly spicy tomato and paprika sauce.
Crema Catalana: similar to the French crème brulee, this custard dessert is infused with orange peel, cinnamon and caramelized before serving.
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
