Join the Stand Up Comedy for Beginners course in Belfast at the Morton Community Centre. Over the course of four weeks, participants will learn the art of developing and performing their own unique stand-up comedy routine. This interactive course provides an opportunity to learn and refine writing and performance skills, with constructive feedback from both peers and the experienced course instructor. By the end of the course, participants will have a confident 5-10 minute set ready to perform live. 

This course is ideal for those who are new to stand-up comedy, but it is also beneficial for individuals looking to enhance their joke-writing or performance abilities, as well as building confidence in public speaking. Many previous participants have gone on to achieve success in the Northern Ireland comedy circuit, including writing their own hour-long specials, appearing on podcasts, and hosting their own comedy nights. Five past participants have even won awards at local comedy events.

The course culminates in an optional live performance opportunity. Don't miss out on this chance to learn from the best. The course will run from 6th March to 27th March, every Wednesday from 6pm to 8.30pm. The instructor, Paul Mone, is a highly experienced comedian, writer, and teacher, with over 7 years of experience in the comedy industry. Paul has performed internationally in Ireland, the UK, the US, Hong Kong, and China. He is the creative director of Belfast Improv and has written and performed two hour-long comedy specials. In 2024, Paul plans to take his third show to the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Then we led us to the hall of parliament, which is where the members of parliament meet, and there are microphones in each position, and then we started to talk about the history, functions, etc. of the building, and we were full of spirit. You can sit casually, even the position of the chancellor. After the introduction, I will lead you to visit other halls. The huge banquet hall is covered with thick and beautiful red carpets. What hall is the blue carpet is a bit unrememberable.
