Suitable for all fitness levels, this ladies-only class offers a nostalgic twist to your workout routine.

No step? No problem! Steps are available, or you can opt to work out on the floor. Enhance your cardiovascular fitness and step count while grooving to retro tunes, one song at a time. Remember to bring your own water bottle and towel for a sweat-inducing session.

Join us for your first class free of charge, with subsequent classes priced at $8 each payable at the door. Prior to the event on March 13, 2024, kindly complete a pre-exercise form and disclose any medical conditions to our instructor. If feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms, please stay home.
