Embark on a vibrant journey through art history, exploring four iconic movements that shaped the artistic world. From the symbolic realism of the Dutch Golden Age to the bold, unrestrained colours of Expressionism, the surreal dreamscapes of Surrealism, to the geometric abstraction of Cubism. This course dives deep into the techniques and styles that define these movements. Led by Adriana Seserko, this acrylic painting course focuses on still life as a subject, guiding participants in mastering distinct techniques while creating their own artistic interpretations. Over four weeks, artists will complete four unique works, culminating in a group exhibition,  Still Alive , at Q Gallery. 4-Week Acrylic Painting Course Saturdays, 3:00–5:00 PM | 15 February – 8 March  (15 February, 22 February, 1 March, 8 March) Q Gallery, 1/13 Edgar Street, Ainslie Shops Canvas supplied; artists are encouraged to bring their own paints, brushes, and mediums(no oils, please). A still life object of personal significance—fruit, flowers, books, vases, instruments, or other items.
