Join Stitch Up, a monthly social sewing session at Jelly in Reading. This event welcomes all sewing enthusiasts to come together, share their projects, and engage in a friendly stitching environment. Whether you're into quilting, embroidery, mending, darning, or appliqué, this is the perfect space for you. Attendees can drop in on the specified Tuesdays from 10 am to 12 pm. The event aims to provide a relaxing break from daily routines, allowing participants to connect with others while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of hand sewing. While all ages are welcome, the session is designed for adults due to safety reasons. Complimentary biscuits are provided, and attendees can bring their hot drinks and lunches. Supported by the Berkshire Community Foundation, this workshop offers materials and tools for beginners and encourages optional donations to sustain their community efforts.
