Join the Museum of Russian Art (TMORA) every third Saturday of the month for an engaging and educational event called Story Time in the Gallery. This free event is perfect for families and kids looking to enjoy a fun-filled morning while exploring the world of art and culture. Taking place in the cozy Fireside Gallery, Story Time offers participants the opportunity to listen to captivating stories related to the region's art and culture. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to learn about various artworks and embark on an interactive gallery hunt to further enhance their museum experience.

To make the event even more exciting, each child will receive a take-and-create bag filled with an art project to continue their artistic exploration at home. Due to the limited availability of these bags, advance registration is required. Please note that each story time session is limited to 25 children, so early registration is recommended.

The upcoming Story Time in the Gallery event will take place on Saturday, October 21, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. This event is recommended for children aged 3-8, although all are welcome to attend. Caregivers can join in the fun for free, and there is ample free parking available across the street in the Mayflower Church parking lot.

The featured book for this particular Story Time is "The Gigantic Turnip" by Alexsei Tolstoy and Niamh Sharkey.
