The Stronghold Supertotal is an extraordinary event that brings together powerlifting and strongman competitions to create an epic experience. This unique blend combines the precision and power of powerlifting with the raw, dynamic strength of a strongman, offering a challenge like no other. Athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their strength across five lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Log Clean and Press, and Max Stone. 

To ensure a fair and smooth competition, there are event rules in place. Athletes can weigh in up to 24 hours before the event or opt for a same-day weigh-in before 7:30 AM on the day of the event. Each athlete is allowed three attempts at each lift, and the first attempt for each event must be nominated at the weigh-in. Safety is a top priority, with spotters available for Squat and Bench Press attempts. Respect and sportsmanship are mandatory, as unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to disqualification. Judges' decisions are final, so it's important for athletes to familiarize themselves with the event rules and commands.

On the day of the event, there will be food trucks and amenities available on-site for competitors and spectators to enjoy. Athletes should come prepared and be aware of the schedule and flow of the day. Staying hydrated and nourished is essential to maintain energy throughout the competition.
