Proud Sports is a charitable and social enterprise dedicated to enhancing the physical, mental, and social well-being of the LGBTQIA+ community. Our organization is proud to present Sunday badminton for all levels weekly, an event designed to promote inclusivity and provide a safe space for individuals of all ages, sizes, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and sporting abilities. Taking place at the Clissold Leisure Centre in London, this event offers the opportunity to engage in a friendly badminton match with fellow community members.

The event will be held on December 3, 2023, from 18:00 to 20:00 at Court 1. We provide free racket hire, and if you have any specific requests, please feel free to contact our team in advance. Additionally, our venue offers various amenities, including a drinking fountain, cafe, sitting area, lockers, swimming pool, changing rooms, showers, and toilets.

At Proud Sports, we believe in fostering a sense of belonging and respect. We strictly uphold a no hate and discrimination policy, ensuring that everyone feels welcome. Our collaborative efforts with local authorities, universities, and leisure centers allow us to organize a wide range of well-being exercises and sporting activities such as hiking, tennis, squash, football, volleyball, cycling, swimming, yoga, and guided meditation. On May 21, I took my parents to visit the British Museum. The tour guide was enthusiastic and professional. If I didn&#39;t have a tour guide, I might have finished the tour in half an hour. The main reason was that I didn&#39;t learn history and geography well. With the guide&#39;s explanation, the three hours passed very quickly. This is my second time to book Ctrip&#39;s tour guide service to visit the British Museum. I still feel unsatisfied. After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
