 before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.
HANDS ON EVENT.
Your Chef: Valentine Kitamura
Are you dreaming of making the perfect pies, but not sure how to get started? Today we will have you making your own pie dough and learn the basic to make the best pies!
Recipes hands on:
- All butter pie dough
- Apple Lattice Pie with your own pie dough. Take home to bake in your own oven or freeze for later!
Recipes demonstrated and served during the class:
- Savory Fall Flavor Galette, with butternut squash, pancetta, kale and goat cheese.
- Flaky Pear, walnut and blue cheese tarts: on a thin layer of puff pastry
Please note: a full meal will not be served during this class! But the demonstrated pies will be served with an assortment of teas and a welcome cheese plate with crackers to keep you waiting.
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
