I understand and agree that my participation is entirely voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with the Tour. 1. Acknowledgment of Risks I understand that participation in the Tour may involve various risks, including but not limited to: Physical risks such as tripping, falling, or injuries related to movement within the bus.Environmental risks such as weather, road conditions, or the conduct of other participants.Emotional risks related to the content of the comedy show, which may involve mature or sensitive topics.COVID-19 or other health risks, including potential exposure to contagious diseases.Behavioral risks, including any injuries or accidents that result from fooling around, reckless behavior, or failing to follow safety guidelines. I acknowledge that these risks may result in serious injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.2. Alcohol Consumption Policy I understand and agree to the following regarding alcohol consumption during the Tour: No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol on the bus. I affirm that I am 21 years of age or older if I choose to consume alcohol.If I choose to consume alcohol during the Tour, I will not operate a vehicle following the Tour. I acknowledge that Laughter Unlimited encourages all participants who drink alcohol to arrange alternative transportation (e.g., ride-sharing services, designated drivers).3. Multiple Ticket Purchase Responsibility If I purchase multiple tickets online, I acknowledge that I am accepting responsibility for myself and all members of my party. I confirm that all individuals for whom I purchase tickets are aware of and agree to abide by the terms of this waiver. If you buy tickets for a party, you and your party agree to these terms, and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform their party. 4. Release of Liability In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Tour, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Laughter Unlimited, its employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, partners, and any other associated parties (collectively referred to as  Released Parties ) from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Tour, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or death. Laughter Unlimited shall not be responsible for any injury or harm caused by fooling around, reckless behavior, or failure to comply with instructions during the Tour. 5. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, causes of action, damages, costs, or liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Tour. 6. Medical Treatment In the event of an injury or medical emergency during the Tour, I authorize Laughter Unlimited or its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for me. I understand and agree that I will be responsible for any costs associated with such medical treatment. 7. Photography/Video Release I grant permission for Laughter Unlimited to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the Tour for promotional, marketing, or other purposes, without compensation to me. 8. Governing Law This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts in which the Tour takes place, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 9. Severability If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
