The Gator Weightlifting Fall Open 2023 is a local weightlifting competition sanctioned by USA Weightlifting (USAW). Athletes who are registered for the event will receive an email with the final lifting schedule and session times. Based on our last meet, a tentative schedule has been created for the Open Women and Open Men categories. For Open Women (lower entry totals), weigh-ins will take place from 7-8am, followed by lifting from 9am-11am. Open Men (All men) will have their weigh-ins from 9-10am, with lifting scheduled from 11am-12:30pm. Open Women (higher entry totals) will have their weigh-ins from 10:00am-11:00am, with lifting scheduled from 1:00pm-3:00pm. A final start list and schedule will be emailed to all attendees one week before the competition. It is important to note that athletes must have a membership with USAW in order to compete.
