What to expect from a half-day retreat with Hannah:
Hannah creates sacred space with all of her events, workshops and retreats, offering a sanctuary for your soul to land, away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life. No matter the topic or location, each gathering is a space of peace, soulful connection and unconditional love. You will leave feeling more deeply connected to your soul self.
Hannah welcomes each participant to join from where they’re at, without pressure, judgement or expectations. This is an environment where you will learn, laugh and love. You are welcome to share as your heart desires and are encouraged to listen with an open heart and mind.
Every space that Hannah creates is a chance to deepen connection to the energies of Soul, your soul and the world soul. It is also an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself, others, Spirit, Gaia, your Ancestors, your inner-child, or whatever it is you need in the present moment. This is a safe space for self-exploration that is free from judgement and criticism. Hannah is inspired by a deeply authentic passion for helping divine beings find their way home to their soul purpose and sacred soul path.
Reiki Session Add-Ons:
We are so excited to be able to offer you 20 minute 1:1 Reiki sessions to support your individual healing needs during The Rested Soul Half-Day Retreat. Both our Reiki Practitioners - Lauren Stielow & Minal Yaghi - are trained at the level of Reiki Master and are so excited to share their healing gifts with you all.
You can book in for your 20 minute 1:1 Reiki session as an add-on of $40.00*.
Please note that there are only 10 spots available for Reiki sessions so if you’d like to invest in this as an add-on please do so when purchasing your ticket for the retreat.

No rules, just free expression! Afterward, the participants can share their creations and the meanings behind them.
