Dr. Stacey Schley, a respected non-operative sports medicine physician with the Female Athlete Program at Boston Children's Hospital, will be leading an enlightening seminar on healthy training specifically tailored for female athletes. This informative event, titled "Training as a Female Athlete Seminar with Dr. Stacey Schley," will cover a range of important topics, including the prevention of bone stress injury, fueling and energy deficiency in sports, and the advantages of phase-based strength training.
