TRIVIA DETAILS Doors Open: 6:00 PM – Come early for dinner & drinksFirst Question: 7:00 PM sharpFormat: 3 rounds, 15 questions eachPrizes: Top 3 teams win a Pilot gift cardHOW TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM Tickets: $10.00 per player + tax & Eventbrite feesYou will be prompted to input your team name – choose a unique oneEnsure all team members use the exact same team name when registeringTeam Size: Minimum 1 player, max 6 playersCHAMPIONS TRIVIA RULES Top 4 Teams Qualify Each Trivia: The top four teams each trivia will receive a special invite to the Champions Trivia Final. 48-Hour Confirmation: Invites will be sent out in May after the last trivia qualifying date. Teams must confirm their spot in the final within 48 hours, or it will be released to the next highest-ranking team. Finals Eligibility: Only team members who participated in a qualifying round may compete in the Champions Trivia Final. One Spot Per Team: Each team can only qualify once for the Champions Trivia Final. Each player can only qualify for the Champions Trivia Final with one team. REFUND POLICY Due to high demand of tickets, REFUNDS are available, so please process the refund up to 48 hours before to let someone else buy those tickets. Hemingway's will provide a full refund of the ticket, however Eventbrite does NOT provide a refund of their Eventbrite fees.
