Join the Vinyasa + Sound Bath at The Pilot Project Brewery in Milwaukee and experience a 60-minute flow session like no other. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with your body and practice yoga in a safe and welcoming environment. Led by Analisia White, a highly experienced and certified yoga teacher, this class will guide you through a slow flow with modifications available for all levels of experience. The session will conclude with a soothing sound bath in savasana, using crystal sound bowls to enhance relaxation and create a calming atmosphere. Please note that the sound bowls may evoke intense emotions, and if this is not your preferred form of healing, you are free to leave or step out. Registration is required due to limited space, so don't miss your chance to secure your spot for only $15 (+taxes). Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, although mats will be provided if needed. Props will also be available for an additional cost of $5. After the session, you can unwind and socialize with fellow participants in this growing community.
