City League is excited to announce their upcoming event, the 2nd Annual Run-A-Thon Fundraiser! This unique fundraising event is designed to bring the community of St. Louis together through sports and movement. As a volunteer, sponsor, or participant, you can contribute to the success of this event and support City League's mission to develop youth through school sports.

The Run-A-Thon Fundraiser aims to achieve three important goals. Firstly, community groups such as local running clubs, gyms, studios, and organizations are invited to participate as a team and support City League's Phase One Campaign Goal of $300,000. You can collect pledges and donations and then run or walk as many laps as possible during the one-hour event.

Secondly, partner schools are encouraged to participate as school teams. All funds raised by individual school communities will directly support their league fees, and any additional funds will go towards their athletic programs, including costs for coaches, equipment, and uniforms.

Lastly, the Run-A-Thon Fundraiser provides an opportunity to celebrate and promote City League's four core values: equity, connection, movement, and health. You can experience the joy of running laps with bubbles, music, and an engaging emcee, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere for everyone involved.

The Run-A-Thon Fundraiser will take place on September 23, 2023, at St. Mary's High School, located at 4701 South Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63111. This event is free to attend, so mark your calendars and join City League in creating a stronger and healthier community through sports and movement.
