Washington DC Youth Rugby is excited to announce our upcoming 20th Anniversary Celebration and Fundraiser! We have been proudly serving the youth of Washington DC for 20 years, offering FREE rugby programs for kids of all ages. This milestone event will be held at the prestigious Eastern Market in Washington DC on February 2, 2024.
Our VIP admission begins at 6:30pm, where guests will enjoy a delightful cocktail hour and have the opportunity to meet and greet the talented players of Old Glory DC. General admission starts at 7:30pm and promises an evening filled with excitement and camaraderie. As part of our fundraising efforts, we will be hosting a silent auction and raffle with fantastic prizes.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees, our catered food will be provided by The Queen Vic, accompanied by a selection of beer and wine available for purchase. We are grateful for the generous donation of wine from Fine Disregard.
Washington DC Youth Rugby is a non-profit organization with a noble mission - to reach out to underserved children in our capital city, promoting health, physical fitness, and valuable life skills through the sport of rugby. You can walk to the Seattle 520 Bridge from Bellevue, as shown in Figure 1. There is also a beautiful park and parking lot here. If you like to walk across the bridge, you can reach Seattle. If you like to take the bus, you can also do so. The bus station is just below the parking lot. There are many buses and the waiting time is not long. It is very convenient.

Especially when it&rsquo;s such a famous public university like the University of Washington. Gary Locke, former Microsoft chairman&hellip; they all graduated from UW. Bill Gates&rsquo; father, a well-known lawyer, once taught at its law school. Bruce Lee also studied here, and it was where he met his wife.

Later, I visited UW&rsquo;s Suzzallo Library&mdash;often referred to as the real-life &ldquo;Harry Potter Library.&rdquo; It grandeur rivals that of the Boston Public Library. The UW School of Medicine also ranks extremely high, consistently alongside Harvard and Stanford. Its programs in clinical medicine and public health are also highly ranked.

It&#39;s close to Amazon and Microsoft headquarters, and it collaborates closely with tech companies like Google and Meta, so its research funding is high.
