Water-Bound: A Day to Reflect will transform the Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg in Berlin into a space for contemplation on the significance of water in our lives amidst political, environmental, and economic influences. Curated by Amirali Ghasemi, the project features diverse artistic expressions exploring various perspectives on water. From its poetic and spiritual connotations to its role in natural disasters and human conflicts, water remains a pivotal element that shapes our world. This one-day presentation showcases the evolution of the Words on Water project, incorporating multimedia artworks that delve into themes of borders, inclusion, collective memory, and actionable change. The event will culminate with a special audiovisual performance by Running Pine, offering ambient music that enhances the immersive experience. Water-Bound coincides with the Iranian New Year, providing a symbolic moment for reflection and renewal. Join the artists including Sevgi Aka, Pieter Geenen, Hengame Hosseini, and others on March 21, 2024, at tak Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg for a day of introspection and artistic exploration. Admission is by donation.

If you&rsquo;ve already made it to Berlin, I highly recommend climbing the stairs to the top of the Berlin Cathedral for the panoramic view. However, it really depends on your luck&mdash;during my visit the dome was under major renovation, and most of the view was blocked.Be prepared: the staircase has many steps, and the walkway at the top is quite narrow. When it gets crowded, you can&rsquo;t stay up there for long. For the best experience, I suggest visiting after you&rsquo;ve explored most of Berlin&rsquo;s major sights&mdash;seeing the city you just walked through spread out beneath you makes the view even more rewarding.

Charlottenburg Palace is beautifully preserved and gives you a real sense of Prussian royal life. The interiors are elegant and richly decorated, and the overall layout of the visitor route is well organized, making it easy to follow the story of the palace as you move from one room to the next. The gardens are also very pleasant for a walk, especially in good weather.One important tip: tickets can sell out quickly, and timed entry is strictly managed. I highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure a smooth visit and the best experience.
