Get ready for the 5th annual Wayzata Boo Bash Dash 10k/5k/1 Mile Run/Family Fun Run 2023, powered by Schuler Shoes and hosted by Wayzata Sailing and Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce. This exciting event offers a variety of certified races and family-friendly activities. Participants can choose from a Certified 5K, Certified 10K, and Certified Lake Street Mile. Cash prizes will be awarded to the fastest overall male and female runners. In addition to the races, there will be a 1 Mile Family Fun Run, a Pumpkin Derby, a Costume Contest, and Boo Blast Trick-or-Treating. Don't miss the highlight of the event, the PUMPKIN DERBY! Build your own pumpkin racer and compete for prizes. Register your pumpkin today and receive wheels, hardware, and rods for the race. Need help with installation or crafting? Attend the build night at Wayzata Sailing on October 26th. The race day will start with the 10k at 9:00am, followed by the 5k, Lake Street Mile Race, Family Fun Run 1M, and Pumpkin Derby. Race packets can be picked up on October 27th or 28th. Register by October 15th to guarantee a t-shirt for the 10K, 5K, and Lake Street Mile races.
