Christine Preitauer, the visionary behind kreHtiv, has been the Managing Director of kreHtiv Network Hannover since 2019. She is also the President of VNKK (Association of Lower Saxony's Cultural and Creative Industries) since 2021. With a master's degree in "Media and Music - Strategic Management" from HMTMH, she is a certified innovation manager (ISO 56002) and a trained coach for teams and groups in the workplace. Christine firmly believes that the best innovations arise from the convergence of diverse perspectives, experiences, and outlooks. For years, she has been exploring cross-innovation and developing novel projects and creative formats to drive societal and economic transformation. Lukas Dotzauer, the mastermind of kreHtiv, joined the network in 2020 and is responsible for strategic communication and conceiving new projects. Since 2023, he has also assumed the role of Deputy Managing Director. With a background in communication management and certification as an innovation manager (ISO 56002), Lukas is well aware of the enormous potential that collaboration between creatives and other industries brings. Apart from crafting formats that facilitate such collaboration, he focuses on supporting Hannover's fashion and design scene and exploring topics related to diversity and inclusion. Founded in 2011 by hannoverimpuls, the regional economic development corporation, kreHtiv Network Hannover is the go-to platform for innovative solutions, creative impulses, and transformative projects in the Hannover region. The network provides individual advice and support to aspiring creatives and entrepreneurs, as well as strategic project development and implementation.
