The Crystal Palace Park Trust is excited to welcome the Crystal Palace Triathletes and their esteemed British Triathlon coaches to the iconic Crystal Palace Bowl. As part of the Winter Wellbeing season, join the Crystal Palace Triathletes and their coaches on the renowned platform at the Crystal Palace Bowl. The event will consist of an exhilarating session of Indoor Cycling (Outside) and Running, where participants will enjoy a ride on a securely attached bike to a turbo, similar to the static bikes found in the gym, followed by a run. These thoughtfully arranged sessions cater to individuals of all fitness levels, allowing participants to take it easy during the early stages of their fitness journey or push themselves to the next level. This taster session is perfect for those considering joining a triathlon club and wanting to gain insight into what it entails. With likeminded athletes, this fun session offers an opportunity to learn more. No prior experience is necessary, just a basic level of fitness. The sessions are open to individuals over 18 years old. We will provide turbos and a few bikes; however, if you have your own bike, please bring it along. Suitable exercise clothing and trainers are required. The event will take place at the iconic Crystal Palace Concert Platform in Crystal Palace Park. The venue is covered but outdoors, so make sure to dress warmly until you've warmed up. To secure your spot, please book one ticket per person and answer the health questions accordingly. Spaces are limited, so advance booking is essential. Please note that a second taster day will be held on March 23rd, with ticket release dates planned for mid-February.

Under the clear sky, the scenery is more clear and charming, and it is refreshing. It is an unforgettable experience and it is a lingering experience.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious inside, but you are not allowed to take photos, you can only take photos outside. When I entered, I took a photo but was stopped by the staff. Knowing the daily life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
