The Women's Stronglifting 3rd Annual Amateur Challenge, powered by PWR4all, is an event dedicated to raising awareness about the benefits of strength training for women. This exciting competition invites women of all sizes, ages, and athletic abilities to participate and showcase their strength. The event will take place at the Le Fitness Loft Inc. on Sources Boulevard in Pointe-Claire, QC, Canada. 

This non-profit event aims to provide a supportive and empowering environment for amateur lifters and bodybuilders. It is specifically designed for those who are not professional competitors at the national or provincial level. Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their strength in five different lifts, including barbell squat, bench press, barbell sumo or conventional deadlift, military press, and barbell hip thrust with a short bar. 

The competition will feature various age categories, with prizes awarded to the winners in each category based on relative and absolute weight. Additionally, there will be an overall winner prize for the participant with the highest absolute and relative weight across all five lifts. Winners will receive trophies, medals, and bragging rights. 

For added fun, participants can also take part in a one-minute chin-up competition. Registration fees will be used for essential event expenses such as location rental, trainer's time, and prizes. To register, interested individuals can fill out a Google form that will be sent via email after completing the registration process.
