EJC is proud to present Yoga for Renewal, a gentle and uplifting yoga class that invites participants to explore their inner selves and reconnect with their bodies and souls. As we transition into a season of introspection and new beginnings, this class provides a nurturing environment to plant the seeds of personal growth with humor and heart. Led by Sido Surkis, a certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping others discover their strengths and flexibilities, Yoga for Renewal is suitable for individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. 

During the class, participants will engage in gentle stretching exercises to create space for growth and rejuvenation, leaving them feeling refreshed and revitalized. The session will begin on Tuesday, September 19th, at 10 am, and will take place in the Yoga Room located at The Eastside Jewish Commons in Portland, Oregon. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring their own mat to enhance their experience.

Please note that the class has limited capacity, so registration is required. Drop-ins are welcome, but please be aware that the doors will be locked promptly at 10 am. While we strive to provide an inclusive experience, it is important to mention that our current facilities cannot accommodate the ADA.
