Led by the knowledgeable and compassionate Sido Surkis, this class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Simply bring your own mat and prepare to embark on a transformative journey.
Starting on Tuesday, September 19th at 10 am, this rejuvenating class will take place in the Yoga Room of the Eastside Jewish Commons. To ensure an optimal experience, class sizes are limited and registration is required. Drop-ins are welcome, but please be aware that doors close promptly at 10 am.
Please note that this class is currently held in one of our upstairs rooms and may not be accessible for those with mobility challenges. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Sido Surkis, a certified yoga instructor since spring 2019, draws upon her deep connection with Judaism and her understanding of yoga principles to facilitate a light-hearted and trauma-informed class.
