Join the monthly Yoga on Tap event at Ornery Beer Company Taproom with experienced 500 hr. Register Yoga Teacher, Kelly Little. This invigorating class is designed to help you feel amazing as you explore the flow of a fun yoga session. Kelly will guide participants of all levels through various breathing techniques and trauma-informed practices to help alleviate physical tension and mental stress. The class aims to enhance flexibility, stability, and strength. Your registration fee of $15 covers a 75-minute all-levels yoga class and a post-yoga pint. 

During the class, Kelly creates a safe and laid-back atmosphere, encouraging participants to listen to their bodies and realize their fullest potential. It's an opportunity to explore connections to the self and beyond. After class, join friends in a relaxing environment to recharge and enjoy delicious beer. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible (we have a few extras), a bottle of water, any yoga props you prefer, and wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Layers are recommended as the temperature in the brewhouse varies with the weather. 

The event takes place at Ornery Beer Company Taproom located at 8088 Flannery Court, Manassas, VA. People of all ages and experience levels are welcome to try yoga in this safe and encouraging environment. Stick around after class and savor pints with friends because beer always tastes better after yoga! Each ticket includes a post-class pint (under 21 will receive 2 sodas instead).
