What is it?
A 2 hour workshop designed to help you regain your confidence as a woman in motherhood. In our warm & inviting space, connect with like-minded women and take some time to focus on YOU!
Our beautiful venue is accessible for buggies, babies are more than welcome too. There is ample parking, a lovely woodland walk & a stunning picnic area.
You will enjoy a blend of education, coaching & community, plus a mini holisitic treatment by the AMAZING Liv from Lunar Holistic Therapies
