5 Stars Hotels in Beijing, China

I was positively surprised by the quality of the hotel. Everything worked as expected, the rooms were clean and very beautiful. Staff is nice and there's a free shuttle bus every 30mins. I can also recommend to book a breakfast at the hotel. Not to mention the helpful personnel of the hotel (huge thanks to Michael and Rebecca at the reception :)). When I come back to Beijing I will definitely choose this hotel again.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

Am still here at USB hotel. There are some misunderstanding for the breakfast payment. We are utterly disappointed with the service. We were asked to pay an additional of almost SGD $100 for breakfast. As we booked the hotel on trip.com comes with 2 breakfast per day, we have a company of 4 family. So supposedly we have to pay 2 more breakfast. However at the restaurant in the morning, the counter staff told us we have used up the 4 breakfast on day 1. (We have 2 days bf) Then we did not go for breakfast on the 2nd day. As we thought we had used up the 2 other breakfast for day 2. Staff here CANNOT Speaks English well. The night before the 2nd day breakfast, I still called up the customer service to double check on the breakfast status for the next day. They said no more breakfast. ThaT was the reason why we did not go for bf the next morning!! Then during check out they ask us to pay for the breakfast for day 1. And said, we cannot use the 2nd day bf voucher for day 1. They have also checked we did not go for bf on day 2. We will NOT return to THIS HOTEL AGAIN. OTHER THAN THE MISUNDERSTANDING THEY HOTEL ROOM WAS OK FOR THE PRICE PAID WITH A 1230 CHECKOUT.

It was wonderful hotel! It is so comfortable to stay there after long night flight! Breakfast was great: eggs, fruits, sops, vegetables, cheese, ham….

Location very convenient, room very bright, modern, full of arts and very spacious.  Restaurant and lobby very comfortable, beautiful.  Breakfast choices a bit not that many.  Only defects that I found dirts on the quilt cover, but they changed it immediately after I reported.  Very courteous staffs.

Excellent hotel overall Clean as any famous 5 star chain Rooms are spacious and recently renovated Staff is very friendly and tries their best always although depending on who you speak to English is limited Room service is 24/7 Laundry does a great job at washing and pressing, recommended Location is on main shopping street with main monuments a short taxi drive away Breakfast is rich and delicious For cons I would say price of breakfast is high and they forget little things like refilling shampoo bottle between guests Also no liquid soap but only hard hand soap

I used to stay her regularly before the pandemic and have not been here in a long time. Glad to see they are able to uphold their quality and service. Wonderful experience. Good price for this seat !! Will stay here again when in Beijing !

Huge, clean room and beautiful view. Their staff was very good as I mentioned very well my concern on hygiene of the room especially I got bad sinus and sensitive towards smoke and dust. She gave us the highest floor, 6th room. We just rest in the hotel and had our dinner at one of their western restaurant. Very nice mushroom soup and creamy pasta with ham (forget to take photo). We saw beautiful brown sea jelly in the glass, one of the waiter brought us two more different color sea jellies. How nice he is!😄 Transport was awesome. 5 mins away from Beijing Capital International Airport. One of the hotel staff and driver helped us to carry the luggage up as we have 3 big luggages. The driver informed us very well where we can go in. Big airport and we need at least 30 minutes to walk and clear immigration. Conclusion : Very professional and good. We will book again if we come back Beijing.

It was my friends' first time visiting Gu Bei, and Celin and her team prepared the most memorable birthday surprise for them. They made our stay so magical, and the children and adults had a great time. The breakfast spread was spectacular, and they even prepared a cake and fruits for us. The hotel and hot spring were both clean. The hotel is centrally located near all the attractions. Despite the summer heat, we had the best time. Thank you!

Our hotel stay was fantastic. Located next to a mall with plenty of food eateries. Hotel is about 600m walking distance to the nearest train station. We had booked the family room that came with 2 double beds. Room was big and clean. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, and always willing to lend a hand whenever we needed help with finding locations, recommending places to visit or making reservations. Kudos to hotel manager 谢永旺 and room maintenance staffs 史沁棉 and 胡文霞.
