Hotel was in a good location, right next to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. For the price, I thought the amenities in the room were lacking. No iron, some of the sachets eg. Shoe shine was torn open, a wine glass was missing, bare minimum of tea options, the bath took 40 minutes to drain, and the hot water was BURNING - burnt myself (no warning). I usually don’t complain about stays but as this a highly rated hotel and for the price I paid, I was disappointed.

Rooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)

Easy walk fro the central station. The hotel is conveniently located to an area of shops and restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly. I was able to do an early check in. Room is clean and spacious. I would choose this hotel if I’m in the area again.

Reception and check-out were excellent. The concierge Ivo is a top in his field. We had a junior suite at the front. The room was really spacious. We think the bathroom and the bed are excellent. The cleaning could have been a little better for the level of this hotel. Clutter under the bed, stains on the carpet/curtains, dusty edges and surfaces. Breakfast in the room was initially messy, but the staff resolved it neatly. The breakfast was tasty, but not special at all. For the level of this hotel you would expect, for example, fresh orange juice, but not so. A missed opportunity! The staff at Des Indes makes the difference. They are very hospitable, service-oriented and ensure that we continue to choose this hotel.

We were there over the weekend and I listed three adults online and booked it. It was listed as a family room. However, when I arrived, it was a large room with only one king-size bed. Definitely too small for three adults. And the connecting door was closed. No slippers or bathrobe. We also only had two large towels in the bathroom. I expected more from a Hilton. The location is great. You can park directly below. However, you should book the parking ticket online. It only costs €29.70 for 24 hours.

We arrived before the checkin time, reception let us check in a bit earlier and get us a room with a view. Staff were nice and helpful. The shower may need to upgrade, the water pressure wasn’t enough. But overall i love the hotel , breakfast, location and environment.

Expensive parking, parked the car somewhere else Nice staff, Thomas showed us the facilities, Gijs and Gwen also did their best for the good atmosphere only 1 at the farewell, no attention at all, it shouldn't be like this Good room service and cleaning, good service with technical problems Nice Wellness, but some facilities stop too soon, press buttons again... Not really a 5 star hotel, but a nice stay Mvg.Hickman
