Shopping in Denpasar:

Denpasar was originally a market town. The name of the city also refers to that. In fact, it is the best place for shopping in Bali due to its lively markets, trendy boutiques and several departmental; stores. It is also a popular place for shopping as the prices are very reasonable. The city streets are lined with specialized shops selling a certain commodity. Denpasar also has traditional markets that are known for selling local and traditional products. The outskirts of the city have one-stop shopping experiences such as batik boutiques. 

Visit the Badung Market to shop for anything local. Bali’s largest traditional market is known for daily product shopping such as homeware, clothing, kitchen utensils, incense, ornamental baskets, etc. Jalan Sulawesi is a popular street market known for its vast variety of clothing and textile shops.
