Was relatively spacious, but the cleanliness of the hotel building could be better. Rooms itself were acceptable in terms of cleanliness but look abit dated. Location wise was decent, 11 mins walk to taipei nain station metro and HSR. 8 mins walk to the red line metro. Issue is the timing to make rooms is just a very short window, like 2pm-5pm and then the service crew is off work. So need to plan ahead for dealing with any issues in the room. Soundproofing is also quite bad. Can hear people talking and using their toilet taps at night. If you are on a budget, this place is an acceptable option, but not the most ideal. There are better options in the market. However if you need a cheap deal last min, it is not a bad option.

From the moment you step into the hotel, you're greeted by friendly staff, making you feel right at home. Despite being a self check-in process, the staff from the office are quick to assist, ensuring everything goes smoothly. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free. The room itself was cozy, with just enough space for my 29” luggage opened on the floor. I booked a double bed without windows and was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub in the bathroom—definitely a nice touch. The bathroom amenities were good, with two types of shower gel in the bathing area and a well-stocked sink with essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving cream and shaver, shower cap, cotton buds, and more. The provided hair dryer was particularly useful. The room is well-equipped with plenty of power points, making it easy to charge all your devices. The sockets are international, so I didn’t even need to use my adaptor—a very convenient feature! Room service was prompt and the staff were consistently friendly and efficient, changing bath towels daily. There’s also a handy leather-bound reference book in the room to answer any questions you might have. The only downside is the limited food options directly below the hotel. However, a quick Uber ride (~5SGD) will take you to the popular Fu Hang Soy Milk for a delicious, hearty breakfast, and thereafter you may begin your adventure of the day! For those with large luggage or tired from a long day trip, I recommend using Beimen Station (Exit 2) as it has escalators and is a shorter walk from the hotel as compared to any other exits from Taipei Main Station. Otherwise, UBER is another great option. The hotel is also very near to the Airport Express Line which takes about an hour to the airport.

Just Sleep Ximending

Ximending Commercial Area
I stayed at **Just Sleep Hotel Ximending** with my family from December 10th to 15th, and while it had its positives, there were a few aspects that would make me hesitate to stay here again. Here's a breakdown of our experience: #### Location: The location is definitely a highlight. The hotel is in the heart of **Ximending**, just a short walk from Ximending MRT station, making it convenient for exploring the area. You’re surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment, so it's ideal if you want to be in the middle of the action. #### Room: We stayed in the **Superior Family Room**, which was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The room had a modern design, with comfortable beds, a TV, a mini-fridge, and a desk. The bathroom was a bit tight, but it worked well for our needs. The shower had good water pressure, and everything was clean and in good condition. #### Service: The service was friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions and were prompt in fulfilling our requests for extra towels and pillows. #### Amenities: The **breakfast** was okay, but not impressive. The buffet had a basic selection of both Western and ********* breakfast items, but it became repetitive, and the quality could have been better. It was just enough to get by, but nothing memorable. One issue that affected our stay was the **noise in the lobby at night**. It often felt like a social hangout spot, with a large group of people drinking beer and playing games. It wasn't always clear if all of them were hotel guests, and the noise was quite disruptive, especially for anyone trying to relax or sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a problem, as the lobby area gets pretty lively late into the night. #### Overall Experience: While **Just Sleep Hotel Ximending** offers great value for its central location and the rooms are generally comfortable, the noise from the lobby and the underwhelming breakfast left a bit of a negative impression. Based on this experience, **I probably wouldn't stay here again**. I would likely choose a hotel that's even closer to Ximending, with quieter surroundings and a better breakfast. Would I recommend it? If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Ximending and don't mind some noise in the evenings, it could work for you. But for a more peaceful stay, I’d recommend looking at other options.

This is my fourth time staying here, but the only drawback is that I didn’t notice that the room type I booked was a delicacy room (that is, the room type with the smallest space). I didn’t notice it before (because the non-holiday prices were almost the same). After checking in, I discovered that If you book a luxury room directly from the hotel, the price is hundreds of yuan cheaper than on the website. I immediately contacted customer service, and of course the customer service also provided compensation measures. I hope that subsequent websites can more carefully check the room types provided by the hotel to avoid misunderstandings by users and a bad impression.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel located in close proximity to the airport during my trip to Taiwan. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional! Firstly, the hotel's convenient location near the airport made it an ideal choice for transit travelers like myself. The complimentary drop-off service provided by the hotel ensured a hassle-free journey to catch my flight. The efficient and timely transport service offered peace of mind, especially when dealing with early morning departures. When it comes to service, the hotel staff truly went above and beyond. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The reception staff were knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate individual needs were truly commendable. Moving on to the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean, and cozy ambiance. The well-appointed rooms were spacious enough to allow for a comfortable stay. The contemporary decor and tasteful furnishings added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and maintenance, as everything appeared to be in pristine condition. The hotel's amenities further enhanced my stay. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep after a long journey, and the well-equipped bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi kept me connected to my loved ones and allowed me to catch up on some work during my stay. To top it off, the hotel's dining options were delightful. The in-house restaurant offered a wide array of delicious local and international cuisine, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. The attentive and friendly staff made dining a pleasurable experience. Overall, my stay at this Riverside hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of its convenient location, excellent service, and modern, clean, and cozy rooms made it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to stay near the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and impeccable service during their visit to Taiwan.

Room is spacious and clean. Shower room and toilet are separate. Staff are polite and helpful. We arrived late in the afternoon at 5pm and were recommended to have food at the next building's restaurant, which were special and delicious. Walking distance to train station is about 10 to 13 minutes, which is reasonable. We also tried the sandwiches and coffee breakfast downstairs before departure. We really enjoyed our stay 4 nights there!

We stayed here for a couple of nights. It's a typhoon day in Taiwan, all shops are closed, super windy that day. No choice but nowhere to go. Front desks are very accommodating, since last minute I did a room, and a lot of cancel room thats why I was able to get one, due to the said typhoon. Big room, huge beds, and a sort of mini dining table. Basically, it's so spacious. Corridors are big, and the design of the hallway overlooking the dining area is nice. But better with good signs of the room designation, if not, you might get lost. The hotel is very convenient with a convenient store beside it. MRT, Arena, shopping mall is just right the corner. Recommend for next stay.

World Trade Center Exhibition Center
When we booked the hotel we did not realise that Da'An was a Taipei foodies' haunt! When we started to run through our MUST EAT LIST we discovered for example that the most famous bean curd place was 200 m from the hotel! It's a small hotel but located just a short walk from the metro station. My wife liked the added security of the rooms facing inwards to a open central atrium. The WiFi however was really very laggy and unusable. Hope they all improve but the time I visit again. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay 200 TWD for having misplaced one of the room cards. Most hotels I stay at around the world don't even bother to ask for it to be returned these days.

Great hotel. Stayed in the twin room with ocean views and balcony. The room is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi on the third floor is a treat. A swimming cap is compulsory. They sell it at the hotel for $120 TWD. The hotel is about 2km from the city centre. They provide a complimentary shuttle service on the hour from morning to 5pm. Just ask the concierge. It was a very pleasant stay.
