It is recommended that children aged 10 and above come to play, so that parents will not be too tired, unless there is a maid or an elderly person willing to take care of them.

We were able to experience most of the activities in 3-4 hours. The wave pool has high waves, so even adults can enjoy it. The lazy river has various fun features and is long enough to enjoy at a leisurely pace. You can borrow inner tubes and lifeguards for free, which is convenient as it reduces the amount of luggage you need to carry. The snorkeling was also top-notch. There are many types of slides, so both adults and children can enjoy themselves.

🌊 Limited-Time Summer Event: Sanrio Hapidanbui Summer Splash

From May 29 to August 30, 2026, Adventure Cove Waterpark runs the Sanrio Hapidanbui Summer Splash event. This exclusive collaboration brings six Sanrio characters — Bad Badtz Maru, Ahirunopekkle, Hangyodon, Pochacco, Tuxedosam and Kerokerokeroppi — into the park with themed photo spots, limited-edition merchandise and special themed snacks. Visitors can collect character tattoos as they try the rides, take photos at every decorated corner, and pick up exclusive souvenirs and food items along the way.

To get the most value out of a summer visit, consider the 3-attraction pass, which bundles entry to Adventure Cove Waterpark, Universal Studios Singapore and the S.E.A. Aquarium at a combined lower rate. It is a practical way to pair high-energy slides with the seasonal event and other Sentosa highlights for a fuller getaway.

What Is Adventure Cove Waterpark? An Overview

Top Rides and Attractions at Adventure Cove Waterpark

Enjoy the exciting water slides at Adventure Cove Watepark

Adventure Cove Waterpark Singapore is a combined aquatic and marine life park on Sentosa Island, and one of the most popular family attractions in the city. It originally opened under the name Equarius Water Park on November 22, 2012, as part of the Resorts World Sentosa integrated resort. It shares the same compound as the S.E.A. Aquarium, so many visitors combine the two in one day.

What makes it different from a standard water park is its mix of thrill rides and marine interaction. It features 14 themed zones, 13 rides and attractions, wakeboarding lanes, a large artificial surf pool and a range of marine life activities. Its signature ride, the Riptide Rocket, is Southeast Asia’s first hydro-magnetic water coaster. The overall atmosphere is relaxed but lively, with enough variety to suit families with small children, groups of friends looking for adrenaline, and travellers who want quieter marine encounters. I usually recommend booking tickets online via Trip.com in advance, as it saves time at the entrance and often comes with better rates than walk-up tickets.

Top Rides and Attractions at Adventure Cove Waterpark

The park covers a good range of experiences, from intense water slides to gentle family areas and immersive marine exhibits. Below is a breakdown of the main attractions by category.

Top Rides and Attractions at Adventure Cove Waterpark

Thrill Rides: Heart-Pumping Water Slides for Adrenaline Seekers

If you enjoy speed and drops, these are the best rides at Adventure Cove Waterpark.

  • Riptide Rocket: Southeast Asia’s first hydro-magnetic water coaster. It uses magnetic propulsion to push riders up steep climbs before sending them down rapid drops and sharp twists. It feels more like a roller coaster on water than a regular slide, and it is usually the most popular ride in the park.
  • Dueling Racer: A side-by-side two-lane slide where you race against a friend or family member head-first on a mat. It is competitive and fast, and one of the most fun group rides.
  • Pipeline Plunge: A dark enclosed tunnel slide with sudden twists and drops. You cannot see what is coming next, which adds to the adrenaline, before you splash out into an open pool.
  • Spiral Washout: A high-speed tube ride with wide curving paths. It is fast but less intense than the rocket or pipeline slide, so it works for people who want speed without extreme drops.
  • Tidal Twister: A flume-style ride with surprise swirls and water-powered movements along the path.
  • Whirlpool Washout: A slide that spins you through a fast whirlpool section before dropping you out into an open splash pool.
  • Splashworks: An aerial water activity course set over a deep pool, with obstacles and rope crossings for those who want active, physical fun.
Top Rides and Attractions at Adventure Cove Waterpark

Family and Kids' Favorites: Fun for All Ages

The park has several areas designed specifically for younger visitors and relaxed family time.

  • Big Bucket Treehouse: A multi-level interactive water play structure with small slides, water sprays and a giant tipping bucket that dumps water at regular intervals. It is a hit with primary-school-aged kids.
  • Seahorse Hideaway: A shallow wading pool made for toddlers and young children, with gentle water features and no big drops.
  • Bluwater Bay: A large wave pool with waves reaching up to two metres. It is suitable for all ages, and a popular spot to relax between rides.
  • Wet Maze: A two-level water maze and ropes course for older kids and families. It has water sprays and obstacles, and is good for active play.

Immersive Marine Experiences: Snorkel, Float, and Encounter Sea Life

This is the part that sets Adventure Cove Waterpark slides apart from regular water parks.

  • Rainbow Reef: A man-made snorkelling lagoon home to over 20,000 tropical reef fish. Snorkel masks and life vests are included with standard admission at no extra cost, so you can swim through the colourful reef at your own pace.
  • Adventure River: A 620-metre lazy river that drifts through 14 themed habitat zones, including jungle sections and underwater tunnel areas. You can float on a tube the whole way, and it is one of the most relaxing parts of the park.
  • Ray Bay: A shallow pool area where you can observe stingrays up close. There are also paid interactive programmes available if you want a more hands-on experience.

Dolphin Encounters at Adventure Cove Waterpark

Dolphin Encounters at Adventure Cove Waterpark

For many visitors, the dolphin experience is the biggest draw. Dolphin Island is located within the Adventure Cove Waterpark compound and houses Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins. It runs several tiers of interaction programmes, from casual meet-and-greet sessions to full in-water swim experiences and even a trainer-for-a-day programme.

All programmes follow strict animal welfare and safety standards, and sessions are led by trained marine mammal specialists. The meet-and-greet option lets you interact with dolphins from a shallow platform, while the swim programmes let you get in the water alongside them. It is especially popular with families and children, and it needs to be booked separately from general park admission. If you are interested in an Adventure Cove Waterpark dolphin experience, I recommend reserving well in advance, as spots are limited each day.

Online vs. On-Site Ticket Purchasing: Which Is Better?

In my experience, buying tickets online in advance is almost always the better choice.

Booking online through platforms like Trip.com usually gives you a lower price than walk-up tickets at the gate. You also get guaranteed entry, which matters because the park has daily capacity limits and can sell out on weekends, school holidays and event periods. Online tickets let you skip the ticket counter queue and head straight to the entrance. Many online tickets also come with flexible cancellation policies, and you have access to bundle deals that are not available at the gate.

Buying at the gate is possible, but you will pay full price and may have to wait in line, especially during peak hours. If you are already sure of your visit date, there is little reason not to book ahead.

Dining and Shopping at Adventure Cove Waterpark

Adventure Cove Waterpark lockers and rental equipments

The park has a small but complete set of dining and retail options, so you do not need to leave the premises for meals or forgotten items.

Where to Eat: Food and Beverage Options Inside the Park

  • The Bay Restaurant: The main full-service dining venue, serving a range of local and international dishes in an open, breezy setting. It is the best option for a proper lunch break.
  • Blu Ice Treats: A quick-service spot for cold drinks, ice cream, shaved ice and light snacks. It is perfect for a refreshing break between rides.
  • Hot Dogs and Drinks Cart: A casual walk-up cart selling hot dogs, nachos and cold beverages for a quick, on-the-go bite.

Note that outside food and beverages are generally not allowed inside the park, with exceptions only for baby food and guests with special dietary requirements.

Shopping: Souvenirs, Swimwear, and Park Essentials

  • Reef’n Wave Wear: The main souvenir shop selling branded park merchandise, swimwear, and character-themed goods, including limited-edition items during seasonal events.
  • Sun ’N’ Sand: A convenience-style shop carrying daily essentials such as sunscreen, goggles, towels, waterproof phone cases and water park accessories. It is very useful if you forget something at home.

Cabana Rentals and Premium Comfort Options

If you want a more comfortable and private base for your day, you can rent a private cabana inside the park.

Each cabana comes with a shaded lounging area by the pool, dedicated seating and a personal storage space. It is ideal for families with young children, larger groups, or couples who want a VIP experience and a guaranteed place to rest between rides. Cabanas can be reserved online in advance, and prices start from around SGD 148 per day, depending on cabana type and date. General park admission is required separately.

Know Before You Go: Essential Information for Visiting Adventure Cove Waterpark

Know Before You Go: Essential Information for Visiting Adventure Cove Waterpark

Facilities: The park provides paid lockers in small and large sizes, shared changing rooms, shower facilities, first aid stations and nursing rooms for families with infants.

Dress code: Proper swimwear is required on all rides. Rash guards, swim shorts and fitted t-shirts are acceptable. Clothing with buttons, zippers, jeans, long loose skirts and regular street clothes are not allowed on slides for safety reasons.

What to bring:

  • Towel and basic toiletries
  • Waterproof, high-SPF sunscreen
  • Rash guard or swim shirt for sun protection
  • Water shoes or aqua socks (to protect feet from hot surfaces)
  • Swimming goggles
  • A spare change of dry clothes
  • A waterproof bag or waterproof phone case

Insider Tips to Make the Most of Your Visit

  • Arrive right at 10:00 AM when the park opens. Head straight for Riptide Rocket first, as it develops the longest queues later in the day.
  • Plan to spend 3 to 5 hours for a standard visit, or a full day if you want to try every slide, do the snorkelling and relax at the wave pool.
  • Hit all the major slides before lunch, then use the 12:00 to 1:00 PM lunch window to eat while queues are at their peak.
  • Visit on a weekday if possible. Wait times are significantly shorter than on weekends, public holidays and Singapore school holidays.
  • Use the Adventure River in the mid-afternoon as a low-effort way to rest your legs and cool down.
  • If you plan to visit multiple Sentosa attractions, book a combo ticket to save money compared to buying separate tickets.
  • Keep in mind that outdoor rides may close temporarily during thunderstorms or heavy rain, which are common in Singapore in the afternoon.

Nearby Attractions: Making the Most of Your Sentosa Island Trip

Nearby Attractions: Making the Most of Your Sentosa Island Trip

Adventure Cove Waterpark is within walking distance of several other major Sentosa attractions, so it is easy to combine them into a multi-day itinerary.

  • Universal Studios Singapore: Also inside Resorts World Sentosa, a short walk away. The 3-attraction bundle ticket covers both parks plus the aquarium.
  • Sentosa 4D AdventureLand: A 4D cinema and interactive ride attraction near Imbiah Station.

  • Palawan Beach: The southernmost beach on Sentosa, with sand, water activities and beach bars.
  • Fort Siloso: A preserved coastal fort with military history exhibits, located on the western end of the island.

Before checking in, I communicated with the front desk and was able to check in early without any hassle, which saved me the trouble of dragging my luggage around. This was particularly thoughtful. The room was much larger than I expected, with an open and unconfining space. The twin room layout was very comfortable, and there was a leisure sofa by the window where I could relax and enjoy the river and city views. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the facilities were well-maintained, making the overall impression clean and tidy. I especially want to commend the staff member Basravi. Their service attitude was excellent, they patiently answered all my questions, and handled things efficiently, leaving a great impression. The Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore's location is also convenient, with river views right outside the window, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I would consider this hotel again next time I visit Singapore.

The hotel's facilities and services were impeccable. It was my mother's birthday during our stay, and they surprised her with a cake and upgraded our room to a suite, which I found incredibly touching. The infinity pool experience was superb; although we couldn't see the sunset due to hazy weather, the night view was absolutely captivating. We also visited the pool the next morning, and since there were very few people, I was able to swim without any obstructions for a long time, feeling like I had the entire massive infinity pool to myself. Before bringing my mother, I just wanted to try it out, but the experience far exceeded my expectations, so I would definitely love to come back again if I have the chance.

The hotel upgraded me to a corner top 3 floor unit without being prompt as they aware it was my birthday that day. A birthday cake greeted me personally by a staff member. Facilities were a bit run down, no bathrobe were provided. Water closet do not have bidet function water pressure can be improved, wash basin hot water takes quite a while to heat up. TV channels were limited especially sports channel and entertainment channel. AC is cold enough but noises were evident especially in middle of night. All day dining not available as Cafe at lobby were closed at between meals and no one picked up phone for room service at about 3pm but luckily plenty of food options at surrounding area like Chijmes. Pool a little too small but service staff were lively and cheerful and gym facilities were modern but shoulder/chest compression station was sorely missed.

1. Location: The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, very close to City Hall MRT station. You can take the underground D exit directly to Funan Mall, and the hotel is right next door once you surface. You can walk or take the MRT to any attraction in the city. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach the National Gallery, National Museum, Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park. The MRT takes you to Chinatown, Little India, and Kampong Glam, among other places. 2. Environment and Facilities: We chose a premium bay view room in the South Tower on a higher floor, specifically to avoid the dampness issue in the North Tower next to the fire station that some reviews mentioned. A big shout-out to the front desk (we happened to encounter a staff member who spoke Chinese); their attitude was excellent, and our request for a quiet room was met to the fullest extent possible. As for the room's interior, it's up to the standard of a traditional, established five-star hotel. The bathroom is a bit small and there's no bathtub, but the view outside the window is fantastic! You can see the entire bay, including a distant view of the Merlion.

Cool youth hotel. There's a bar called Mars downstairs with live music (probably only on weekends), and a cafe-like place outside. I also liked the neighborhood; it's conveniently located near several art universities, so there's an art vibe everywhere. I understand this is a budget option for Singapore, so the rooms are small but very well-designed, and all amenities were provided. No deposit was required at check-in! There are various eateries and a 7/11 nearby.

Traveling to Singapore, the hotel room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but didn't affect my sleep. The best part was the excellent service, and they had staff who spoke Chinese. There's a water dispenser in the middle of each floor, so you can fill up plastic bottles before heading out, as water in Singapore can be a bit expensive. When I was struggling with my luggage, a staff member proactively opened the door at the ramp entrance for me.

Very convenient location, just a short walk from the MRT station, making it easy to get around Singapore. The only suggestion would be the drinking water arrangement. The hotel provides a water filter instead of bottled water. The filtered water tasted fine, but providing reusable glass bottles filled with filtered water daily would be more convenient and still environmentally friendly.

The hotel is pretty good, with a very convenient location. Right outside, you'll find the shuttle bus stop, and down the stairs is Xylokastro beach. The hotel has a restaurant, making dining easy, and there's a small supermarket next door for convenience. The hotel environment is nice; if you book two rooms, they can be adjoining with a connecting door that opens. There's also a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member. Greater than I expected! ❤️ I had a really good stay at Travelodge Harbourfront Singapore, and honestly, the hotel was greater than I expected. First, let’s talk about the location. It’s located just opposite VivoCity, so everything is really convenient. The MRT station is about a 5-minute walk away, and if you’re looking for breakfast or a quick meal, you can easily walk over to VivoCity. There’s even a linkway connecting the hotel to the mall, which makes getting around so easy, especially after a long day outside. The lobby is cozy and comfortable, with plenty of seating areas. The staff were also really nice and welcoming. I was especially glad that they kindly offered us an early check-in, which was really helpful. The room is small, but honestly, it was good enough for two people. The highlight for me was definitely the bed — SO comfortable! I slept really well every night after a long day of walking around Singapore. I also liked that the bathroom separates the dry and wet areas. And the shower pressure was surprisingly strong! After being out the whole day, having a good hot shower was one of the little things I really enjoyed. They also provide bottled water, disposable slippers, coffee and tea, as well as some basic necessities tucked away in the drawers, which was convenient. Overall, I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay here. I especially loved how comfy the bed was — after a long day out, coming back to a comfortable room and a good shower was exactly what I needed. ❤️ Would definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in Singapore!

This hotel offers the best of both worlds: excellent transportation and spacious rooms. It's directly connected to the Raffles Place MRT station, and Raffles City Shopping Centre is right downstairs. Getting to Marina Bay and Orchard Road is incredibly convenient, and Changi Airport is just a 20-minute drive away. The standard room size starts at 45 sqm, which is perfectly ample for a family of four (two adults, two children), making it very family-friendly. The mini-bar is well-stocked, and thoughtful details like TWG tea and Le Labo toiletries are a definite plus. The laksa and kaya toast for breakfast are also worth trying. If there's a downside, it would be the higher price point, making it ideal for families with a generous budget who prioritize location and space.

THIS HOTEL IS CYLINDRICAL BECAUSE THEY'VE CUT EVERY CORNER! I really wanted to like this hotel. The location is excellent and the pool and surrounding gardens are genuinely lovely. Unfortunately, what started out as a promising stay (from the photos) turned into one of the most unsettling hotel experiences I've ever had. On my second night, at around 10pm, I encountered two men entering the rooftop pool on the 3rd floor. They asked me to hold the door open as I was returning to my room next door after a moonlit swim because they were laden with several carrier bags. I thought they were staff. The following morning, around 8am, I returned for a sunrise swim and recognised the same two men. They appeared to have spent the night sleeping on the sun loungers. They were smoking and drinking - polishing off an entire bottle of whisky at around 10am. There was no staff presence and seemingly nobody had checked the pool area for approximately 12 hours. I didn't feel safe swimming and reported what I had found to reception. Rather than feeling reassured, I was interrogated by reception staff and told there was no manager on duty. Their reaction was remarkably casual - they seemed fairly nonplussed, simply saying, ”We'll send someone up.” What concerned me most is that the lifts are not guest-card activated, meaning anyone entering the bustling hotel lobby can gain access to all guest floors. My room was on the third floor, adjacent to the pool. I later asked reception about the men. ”Oh yes, they're gone now.” No apparent apology, concern or urgency and still no manager available. When I left the following day, I specifically asked to speak to a manager and, once again, there was nobody on duty. Unfortunately, lax security and two unidentified men bedding down for the night at the pool wasn't the only problem. The thin mattress was so old and worn that the coiled springs were digging into my back, hips and elbows. The bedding was a scratchy brown blanket rather than a proper duvet. An enormous construction site next door started work at exactly 8am every day. The pool itself has seen better days. The sun loungers were worn, tired, smelly and in need of replacement. Even the blue pool slide advertised by the hotel was bone dry and completely out of use. There was no drinking water provided. When I asked for a bottle for the first night, I was told no. When I asked about a filtered water tap, I was told no - I could boil the kettle, drink the bathroom water or go to 7-Eleven. Their lackadaisical response was borderline laughable! One final warning for non-smokers: cigarette smoke is a significant issue. The Level 2 corridors are thick with smoke which permeates the hotel. If you are sensitive to smoke, I recommend requesting Level 3 or above, which benefits from an open atrium allowing air to circulate. Smoking around the pool was also constant during my stay. The Wi-Fi was patchy and there was absolutely no Wi-Fi around the pool. The irony is that the hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool and an excellent location. I gave both 5/5 because they genuinely deserve it. But I gave the service 1/5 because the lack of security, staff presence and management response left me deeply uncomfortable as a solo traveller. There wasn't a single corner of this hotel where I didn't feel like something had been cut back and, by the end, I couldn't help wondering whether I'd inadvertently booked myself into a budget youth hostel rather than a 3.5-star hotel, as advertised. What makes this all such a shame is the hotel's potential. With its riverside views, excellent location, beautiful rooftop pool and gardens, this could be an exquisite venue with a complete refurbishment and, crucially, the right management team. The bones are there - it just desperately needs care, investment and proper management. Beautiful location. Lovely pool. Enormous potential. Very uncomfortable stay.

Pretty good location where it’s within walking distance from Bugis MRT, Nicoll Highway MRT and Lavender MRT stations. Near to hotspot cafes in Arab Street and Haji Lane, lots of cafes around for good coffee and food. Hotel room itself was not too bad. Comfortable for one night/short stay. Though you can hear what is happening along the corridor despite having door closed and locked (people walking/running, talking/laughing… all can be heard clearly). Door latch in room was not in working condition too. Requested for a quiet room on level 2 with windows via Trip.com, front desk claims they did not receive any request. Generally, decent.

Absolutely fantastic, and very affordable! Overall, it's a great value, and I highly recommend it. My stay far exceeded expectations; I was very satisfied with everything. The location is excellent, close to transportation hubs, making taxis and public transport super convenient. The room was spacious and tidy, with meticulous cleaning details. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The bed was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, ensuring a high-quality rest. The front desk service was patient and efficient, responding promptly to any requests. The entire environment was clean and comfortable. It's suitable for both short layovers and longer stays, definitely worth recommending to everyone.

I booked Yotel Singapore Orchard Road online, and it was very convenient and reasonably priced for an overseas trip. The hotel service wasn't extensive, but the breakfast was decent and quite varied. The hotel is in a prime location in Singapore, with great surroundings.

Was disappointed with the closure of the infinity pool but my hubby was told during check-in that a notice was put up in website although I don’t see it here during booking. :( Came here 2 years before, but I stayed at Outpost. Loved the pool experience, hence decided to return but trying a different hotel. The pools we used this morning were great, looked clean Except for the one in the middle, water looked “milky” and murky, I feedback to the front desk after we checked out. Showed the girl, Farah pic, not sure if there’s any follow up. Otherwise, pools were great plus the guy who did the workout and dance with the guests. Posted the pics and u can see the differences for yourself, the clarity of the water. For the room, I am not sure when’s the last time they thoroughly vacuum or mop their floor in the room as the room is not carpeted. I saw a lot of stains and hairballs in the corners… No view and it’s just a very basic room, small for us to stay 1 night.

I used the luggage storage service on both my check-in and check-out days, and the bellhops were incredibly kind, leaving a great impression. On my check-out day, when I went to pick up my luggage after sightseeing, I got caught in a sudden downpour. The staff told me, 'If you still have time before your flight, please feel free to rest in the lobby until the rain stops. It usually clears up in about 30-40 minutes.' This allowed me to avoid moving around in the heavy rain. The room was spacious enough to open my suitcase, and the cleaning was very thorough. The only minor downsides were that the water purifier and showerhead hook seemed old and weren't fixed securely, so I had to be a bit careful when using them. However, the air conditioning, which I was initially worried about, was adjustable, and I had a comfortable two-night stay. The hotel is right next to a subway station, with a bus stop nearby, and a shopping center and Clarke Quay are within walking distance, which was very convenient.

Had a really pleasant stay at PARKROYAL on Beach Road. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around Singapore and explore nearby attractions and dining spots. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel — modern, welcoming, and comfortable without feeling overly formal. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the service was attentive and professional. The facilities were also well-kept, making the hotel a great choice whether you’re staying for a short getaway or a business trip. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely consider staying at PARKROYAL on Beach Road again. A comfortable hotel with a great location and good service.

The environment and facilities are excellent, living up to the image of a high-end hotel. The lobby decoration is particularly outstanding. Large malls are located on both sides, making shopping and dining very convenient. The service is professional and attentive. I'd like to share two small details: Firstly, the room has a capsule coffee machine. When I first checked in, I wasn't familiar with its operation and accidentally wasted the first capsule. It wasn't broken, just had a few small holes poked in it. I casually placed it with the other unused capsules. The next day, I found it had been replaced with a new one, which shows that the room was thoroughly cleaned and organized. Secondly, because I had an early flight, I needed to check out in the early morning. The hotel offers an express check-out process. You just need to fill out the check-out form in advance, drop it along with your room card at a designated spot, and you can leave directly. This definitely deserves praise.

Excellent location with landmark tower building on top of MRT, Raffle City Shopping Mall & lots of quality f & b outlets within walking distance. Professional guest relationship staff greeted upon checking in & out making it seamlessly smooth. A generous size bedroom with a King size bed, well designed bathroom with rain shower makes one feel on vacation. LVL 65 club lounge & LVL 70 Bar was a great place to chill with unbeatable views of the city. Both the bedroom & bathroom were very clean with quality Pillows, towels and bathrobes. Could be better to make it even better will be to provide more generous afternoon tea as compared to competitors. Certainly will come back for the unbeatable views.

This was my first time bringing my mom to Singapore, and we booked two nights here. It took about 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we felt right at home. The staff at the entrance helped us with our luggage, and a friendly bellhop guided us to the reception for check-in. The whole check-in process was very smooth, and the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication very easy. Our room was on the 29th floor. The hotel has separate elevators for high and low floors. Our high-floor elevator was on the outside of the building, offering great scenic views. The room facilities were all good, especially the bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and was very comfortable, and the bathtub was convenient. The faucet even had direct drinking water, which was of good quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including Western, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indian, and Singaporean cuisines. All the ingredients were fresh, and I especially loved the fishball noodles and the omelette – truly unforgettable. The pool had two areas, one deep and one shallow, with clean water and a beautiful environment, offering direct views of the Marina Bay Sands hotel. After seeing the pools of other hotels from the scenic elevator, I felt none were as good as this one. The hotel's location is also excellent. You can directly access Suntec City and Marina Square shopping malls from the second floor. Suntec City, in particular, has a ton of great food options, including Song Fa Bak Kut Teh! Getting to the MRT station is also very convenient, and it's just one stop to Gardens by the Bay. I especially want to commend the front desk staff (the one standing inside the door, not the one outside assisting taxi passengers). The first time I took a taxi to the Botanic Gardens, I asked him if my pickup location was correct. He directly called the driver for me and communicated with them to come to the correct spot. Later, I asked him for the shortest way to Song Fa Bak Kut Teh (Google Maps showed a 10-minute walk around a long way), and he told me I could just go up to the second floor. He was patient throughout! It's a pity I forgot his name, but if you could offer him an award, please contact me, and I can confirm who he is. I will definitely come back to Singapore! And I'll stay at this hotel again!

The building, like an urban oasis, is incredibly distinctive with lush greenery all around, offering a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The location is superb, within walking distance to Chinatown and Clarke Quay, and incredibly convenient for subway travel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained; the rooftop infinity pool had an amazing vibe. All staff members were polite, thoughtful, and promptly responsive. The food was exquisite and delicious. Whether for leisure sightseeing or urban exploration, this is an incredibly worthwhile hotel choice in Singapore. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Singapore. Highly recommended!

Aside from being a ten-minute walk to the MRT station, taking nearly an hour to get to Sentosa (walking plus MRT), and the AC blowing directly on my head, there aren't many downsides. The cleanliness was decent, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. My child mentioned seeing ants in the bathroom, but I'm nearsighted so I didn't spot them. There are many eateries nearby, including the famous frog porridge. In the mornings, you can even see several crates of large, vibrant green, lively frogs displayed outside their shop. If you accidentally disturb them, they all jump around.

Orchard Hotel Singapore Singapore Trip (8) First and foremost, I was deeply impressed by the staff member, Sam, who greeted me warmly in Chinese during check-in and subtly clarified things. Although the room wasn't huge, it was clean and tidy. The lobby decor was bright and grand, and the hotel featured an outdoor pool and a gym. Right next to the hotel is a shopping street with a variety of dining and shopping options. Plus, bus stop 36 is right outside the hotel, offering direct service to Changi Airport. Wonderful Birthday Staycation at M Social Hotel! ❤️ Booked a staycation at M Social Singapore to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we had such a lovely experience! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from the 19m² Alcove Cosy Queen Room to a 25m² Loft Premier Room. The room was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our little birthday getaway. 🎂🥂 The hotel also prepared complimentary birthday macarons, which was such a sweet touch and made the celebration even more special. ❤️ A special shout-out to Ivan, who was extremely helpful and patient in assisting us with the registration as we didn’t bring our physical IDs. He made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, M Social Singapore, for making my husband’s birthday staycation extra special! Definitely a memorable stay, and we’ll be happy to come back again. 🥰
