Ticketing Policies
- Tickets are non-refundable within 10 days of the event. A maximum refund fee of 10% of the ticket price applies.
- If tickets are purchased within 10 days of the event and remain unused, a 10% refund (excluding handling fees) will be issued only in cases of event cancellation, postponement, or major lineup changes.
- Always purchase tickets through official channels to protect your rights.
- Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced or reissued.
- Each attendee must present their ticket for entry and will receive an event wristband upon admission.
Wristband Rules
- Wristbands are mandatory for entry and must be worn throughout the event.
- 2-Day ticket holders must retain their wristband from Day 1 for re-entry on Day 2. Damaged or incomplete wristbands will require repurchasing a ticket.
- Facial recognition systems will be in place at entrances to ensure 2-Day tickets are used by the same person.
- Re-entry is not permitted. If you leave the venue, your wristband will be cut, and you’ll need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
