This hotel is like a heavenly palace! And since it's the former Ming and Qing Imperial Examination Hall, it's definitely an experience worth having. We also had incredibly good luck on our trip! The Shanxi Restaurant usually only gives out 40 numbers per day for individual guests. We checked in after 7 PM, and the front desk staff was quite certain we wouldn't be able to eat there that day. We went over with the intention of just asking how to get a number for the next day, but as soon as we arrived, we were told they had added 10 extra numbers for that evening, and we got the very first one! We were led to our table within minutes! So happy!!! The staff giving out the numbers and the servers were all incredibly gentle and friendly. Shanxi Restaurant even put up a picture at the entrance, which made me like them even more!

We booked a family room, which was beyond our expectations. First, Xiao Zhu and Lele at the front desk saw the three of us and upgraded us to a family suite for free. The room was very big! ! It was bigger than expected, with two bathrooms. There was a problem in the middle, so we contacted the guest room. The lady in the guest room came very quickly and solved it very quickly. The service attitude was very good! The security guard at the door was also very responsible and would take the initiative to help us carry our luggage. When we came back at night and wanted to get something in the car, the security guard also looked over responsibly. It felt very safe to park the car here. The noise was low and the sound insulation was very good. I didn't hear the elevator and the corridor next to the elevator. The hotel's location is fantastic, less than 50 meters from the subway exit! Staff were helpful with luggage, and we received complimentary fruit upon check-in. Everyone provided excellent service! There are four elevators! Two are scenic (though the view isn't amazing, haha, Hong Kong has more futuristic vibes). Food delivery is super convenient, most places deliver, and a robot brings your order! Our room had a super king-size bed, made from two mattresses joined together, but it was great! The air conditioning was powerful (no shade to Yungang Hotel, haha). There's also a fresh air system – definitely don't open the window, or you'll get mosquitoes! Overall, it met our expectations perfectly! I'd definitely recommend it to others!!!

This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Shanxi. When I booked it, I saw some reviews saying the hotel was a bit old, which made me a little apprehensive. But once I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the strict and orderly management, and every staff member was incredibly dedicated. The room was exceptionally well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were new. The bed was very comfortable. The bath towels were sealed in bags, and the hand soap was from Herborist. The only minor point was that the TV was a bit small, but we didn't really mind. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious; both adults and children enjoyed it, and we even had ice cream. The hotel's swimming pool wasn't large, but it was very clean, and I swam there for two consecutive days. Yingze Park is right next door, and you can enter and exit with your room card. In the mornings, my child and I fed the fish and went for a run, experiencing the leisurely lifestyle of Taiyuan residents. It's also not far from Liuxiang Food Street, but we didn't walk there due to the rain, so we'll save that for next time. Overall, highly recommended!

Came for a concert. The hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the venue, as well as raincoats, which was fantastic! My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

This stay experience was really amazing! First of all, the location is excellent. It is a subway station and a business district. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the attractions. When checking in, she takes the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities. She also intimately recommended nearby specialty restaurants. Service attitude is really nothing to say! The most moving thing is that because the room type was tight on the day, the hotel actually upgraded the executive room for us for free, and also added breakfast for free!
