The hotel is relatively close to the Republic Square, you can walk there in 25 minutes, but there are factories nearby and in order to get to the hotel you need to go into the factory territory (the entrance is open 24 hours, but it is not obvious where to go).
The room is very large, spacious, this is of course a huge plus, a large bathroom. In Europe, they would make three rooms out of such a room)) Very friendly staff, they try to help with any issue. It is quiet around. Of the minuses - there is no balcony.

The guest house is located aside from the road on which the buses go, so it is quiet and quiet. From the airport you can get to it by bus number 100 for 300 Armenian dramas (central bus station). It is a good option if in Yerevan a long transplant and it is necessary to wait for the next flight - cheap, clean, everything necessary to eat (showers, dishes, teapot), food only not to prepare, the stove for guests is not provided, but there is a microwave. Near the guest house it is hard to find where to eat, no cafe with home food, no supermarket. Just a cafe along the road where the chess and a small shop are cooked. We have a good rest between the flights, here quietly and quietly.
