Very friendly staffs !!! Located right in the middle of Qilou Old Street. Room is spacious and comfortable. Down point - You will need to walk in as cars are unable to reach ( can be tough if you have alot of luggages). No Elevators but staffs will help you carry your luggages to your room (I was staying on the 4th floor so some ******* riders arent willing to deliver it to the doorstep). The front doors closes at 12am but they provide you with the pin to enter, so if you oder ******* after 12am you will need to go down and collect your food.

It's really good. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the service is in place. The room is clean, well-arranged, and well-equipped. The key is that it is good quality and cheap. The open community canteen downstairs is very good and economical. Thumbs up.

Decided last minute to stay a night in Tianya Town and booked a boat-themed room at Fengbai! The room type was really interesting, truly felt like being in a ship's cabin. ZRS's operations are pretty good; all the facilities are well-equipped, and the hygiene was decent. You need to take a shuttle to get into Tianya Town, and this shuttle is a paid service by the scenic area. The parking lot also charges 40 per night for overnight parking. Overall, though, the B&B was great!

Great location, not far from Qilou Old Street. The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors.

The room looks exactly like the pictures, truly living up to its 'Sunset Stroll' name. We booked the Sunset Stroll room, and sitting inside watching the sea was incredibly beautiful. Plus, the room gets wonderfully warm from the sun during the day. It's also super close to the beach; you're basically there the moment you step out. Our housekeeper provided exceptional service, helping with our luggage and parking the car. I even left my phone on a chair by the door, and the staff not only found it but also charged it for me – that was incredibly thoughtful. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift to take home to our family. Even though they were just snacks, you could tell how much heart the owners put into it. For afternoon tea, I chose hot tea and was pleasantly surprised it was warm ginger tea. I truly commend this place; they are very attentive. Friends visiting Haikou definitely shouldn't miss this – highly recommended! It's the front-row house for sea views, the closest to the ocean, truly one of a kind.

This ocean-view room was the most satisfying one I stayed in during my Sanya trip! The hotel is located in a small town with plenty of food options and night markets, which is super convenient! You open the curtains and there's the ocean. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with disposable bath towels provided! Downstairs was lively with performances. In the evening, I could hear the sound of the waves and feel the sea breeze from the balcony, and it was still very quiet for sleeping once the windows were closed! The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. You need to prepare your own makeup, hair, and outfits, and the photographer was excellent at guiding us. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic!

The facilities are very novel and very literary. The location is also very good, nearby is the riding building. Not far from the clock tower and Yanjiang Road, the scenery is very good. The traffic is also very convenient, there is a bus that can go directly to the south gate of Haida, the gospel of food. The hotel is very hygienic, neat and clean, and there are public fitness areas and kitchens. The service is also very good, the boss is very enthusiastic, because it is early and let the early check-in hh like it.

Quaint and clean room. Accomodating host which allowed us to rest in one of the rooms before checking into our actual room as we arrived early in the morning. Room improvement: hand basin is way too small to even brush your teeth. All toiletries must be placed outside the toilet and there isnt any rack inside the toilet nor the hand basin. Toilet also stank of sewage at some point every evening. Had to cover to toilet bowl, drain cover and toilet door tightly. Location is a plus as it is walking distance to tourist areas.

The room offered a direct sea view and was situated in a fairly quiet location. It's conveniently close to both Shimei Bay and Shenzhou Peninsula. They even upgraded my room upon check-in, which was a nice bonus. I'd definitely consider staying here again, especially if I'm with a friend who can ride an e-scooter, as it would be perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
