Stayed here for 3 nights. Didn't expect what was originally, uh, it turned out that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was very good. Food and drinks are still affordable. Anyway, I'm not disappointed.. Even outside the expats can be as good as the room.
The facilities, services, and hygiene are very well maintained.

The service is friendly and very helpful. The room conditions are clean, tidy and ready to be occupied. The motorbike parking area is behind the building and the condition is spacious, and there are also those who guard the parking lot. There are 4 types of rooms on each floor, there are Standard types (floors 3 & 4 start from 100 thousand), Standard Plus types (floors 3 & 4 start from 150 thousand), Superior types (floors 2 start from 170 thousand), Deluxe types (floors 1 start from 185 thousand). Each type of room has different facilities. For reservations, you can make them directly on the spot or via the trip.con application. Want to find a place with affordable prices and a location close to any area.

AAnonymous UserThe location is really dekeeet with coffee-serang guest house-. Close to Untan First Clinic, about 5 minutes walk. It's also close to Megamall, a leisurely walk about 15 minutes past CW Coffe which food and drinks are good in our opinion, and Borneo Fresh which sells fresh fruits. There's also a Green shop. Equipped with RayyanMart, which is unfortunately open too noon, and closes around pk 22.00 . It's not a problem if you need to eat at night n morning after Shubh. Unfortunately, the refrigerator will die when the ”room card” is removed, so the risk of food in the refrigerator. n, there is no spare card, even though the Family type room rents a capacity of 3 people 😪😪 . Facilities are given once when you just arrived, without slippers. Cold hot water can be refilled on the 2nd floor. The heater is only in the shower, not on the sink. The washing water is clean, smooth and plenty. TV banyaak channel. No elevator, just stairs. The room room turned out to be rented per month. Recommended, although room keeping needs to be taken. Employees all, friendly.👍👍. There is a call ”for communication” to the front desk attendant.
