Fantastic seaview ! Photo taken from my hotel room balcony. Located in the plush area of Macau where Macau's tycoons have their residences and Government House for foreign dignitaries, according to my taxi driver. I enjoyed walking in the area. You need to walk about 15 minutes to go to the fresh food market. Good for health. Hotel was built quite sometime ago, so look a bit dated but it is well maintained. Clean rooms without musty smell and extremely friendly service, my topmost priority in hotel staying. All in all great value for money. Well be back.

I've stayed at the Sofitel on the Bund multiple times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's within walking distance to several attractions, and there are plenty of great restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Plus, with multiple bus routes right outside, getting around is a breeze. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money.

We stayed here for my wife birthday and was thoroughly impressed, and this is not our first time staying at Artyzen GL. The room was well-maintained, and the hospitality was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary birthday gesture from the management, which added a layer of warmth to the experience. Thank you Artyzen GL for making our stay memorable, I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back.

Hit the jackpot with this hotel! The views of Parisian and Londoner (macau) from the window are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is packed with Disney installations – even adults will love them! Downstairs, there's a Paw Patrol-themed kids' playground that's a direct hit with little ones. The service is excellent, and the mini-bar even has instant noodles, which is a nice touch for kids. The only bummer is that the water park is closed from Tuesday to Thursday, so we didn't get a chance to use it. A bit heartbroken about that. 💔

I chose the right hotel for my trip to Macau with my mom! [Strong] The location is very close to the border gate, and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus which makes getting around super convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bed was just the right firmness, so I slept really well. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect, and the service details were incredibly thoughtful! Satisfied, so satisfied, super satisfied! [Fireworks]

The hotel staff across all departments were incredibly warm and proactive. They met all the requests I made when booking the hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and had a sea view. The hotel also has a pool, and there's a Cafe de Coral restaurant on the ground floor. It's a 30-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's and just over 10 minutes to the Grand Lisboa, which is very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau.

The hotel is just beautiful. Very clean, very comfortable and very elegant. The staff was so nice and welcoming and the room was probably the most comfortable we have been in during our time in China. The bed was beyond comfortable!!! We normally wake up around 8:00 but in that bed we slept until 11:00 with no issues! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi after a long day visit. They also have a spa, where you can get pampered for a fair price. We also tried the restaurant upstairs which offers a 10% discount for hotel guests. And we loved that too. I highly recommend it!

For my trip to Macau, Trip.com recommended the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, I found the hotel conveniently located on Beijing Street. The front desk staff and lobby manager were all very attentive and welcoming, truly reflecting the high standard of service you'd expect in a tourist city. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and well-designed, and the room service is excellent. During my stay, I reported some noise from the surroundings, and it was addressed promptly. I was very satisfied with their quick response. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with cultural landmarks such as the Lotus Square, Dr. Ho Yin Park, Macau Polytechnic University, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang all nearby, offering plenty of options for exploration.

Booked the Grand Lisboa Hotel for my parents' silver wedding anniversary. Given that they're older, a prime location was crucial, and their stay was fantastic. The hotel not only offered a complimentary airport pick-up but also thoughtfully upgraded them to a suite and provided an anniversary cake. The service was professional and attentive, with incredible attention to detail. My parents were extremely satisfied. Highly recommend – the Grand Lisboa will definitely be our first choice next time we're in Macau! 👍🏻

The hotel's exterior looks a bit dated, but the interior decor, both soft and hard furnishings, is very upscale. It's exceptionally clean, and the doorman proactively opened the door and helped with luggage. The staff were all very warm and attentive. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but for someone with simple needs like me, it was more than enough! The afternoon tea had a rich and exquisite variety. The restaurant staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and meticulous, promptly attending to every customer's needs and responding immediately. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly suitable for bringing older family members. Recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've stayed here countless times, usually for about a week each visit. The hotel service keeps getting better, and the toiletries in the rooms have been upgraded and are much nicer than before. I always have friendly chats with Manager Huang in the lobby. He's consistently attentive, and when we checked out, he asked if we needed any help with small things, like bags for our belongings, pre-arranged taxis, or even bottled water. It's those thoughtful touches that make a difference.

Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong|2.67km from city center
This is my third stay here, and I feel like the quality has declined. Check-in at 5:30 PM was a hassle. The front desk staff looked stressed, took ages searching on the computer, then disappeared into the back office for a long time, coming out twice and asking a colleague for help. It took nearly fifteen minutes just to get my room card. I stayed in room 1644, and the lighting was incredibly dim. There were very few lights in the entire room, and the single sofa area had no light at all. If you sat there at night, you'd be in complete darkness. At least put a floor lamp there! Check-out was also problematic. Around 11 AM, the line was very long. After waiting for a bit, I couldn't take it anymore, so I asked a lobby staff member if there was a fast check-out drop-off box for the key card. The staff member looked around and found that a colleague had forgotten to put it out. So, they loudly announced, ”Anyone who doesn't need a receipt can just hand me their room card!” The check-out line immediately shortened by three-quarters.

Thanks for the birthday cakes for my dad. Location is great, everything is nearby. Great staff service, they greet you whenever they see you. Very old hotel but is well maintained. Room carpet definitely need to change as it has the typical old and dirty smell. Amenities is great. Gym is well equipped and 24hrs which is great. The hair dryer is way too old and weak. Maybe is time to change to a new one. There's filtered tap water in the room which is very good and environmental friendly. Overall is great. Check out is 11pm BTW. Realised most hotel in hkg and Macau need to check out at 11am which I find it weird as most hotel in the world check out at 12pm. Check in was 3pm but the room was only ready until 4pm. So that's kinda ridiculous when theres no extention of time to check out at 12pm.

Mong Kok Hong Kong|0.18km from city center
Location was convenient; near the Mong Kok Station, however there's no lift and the escalator does not reach all the way to the street level. There's still a flight of stairs to climb, difficult for elderly or if you are carrying luggage. The wet market behind is interesting. The hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall at Lobby level. Cleanliness & housekeeping is excellent especially since the hotel is not that new. They also provide bottled water whenever you require more.

Mong Kok Hong Kong|0.73km from city center
The hotel is located above the MOKO shopping mall, offering convenient access to various shops and a wide selection of dining options, including a Yata supermarket on the 5th floor. Transportation is also a breeze, as it's directly connected to Mong Kok East Station; you can take the escalator to the lobby and walk through the mall straight to the MTR. If you have luggage or are traveling with children, I recommend booking through Ctrip for a private car transfer, which will be much more convenient. You can also walk to Mong Kok via a covered walkway, and Langham Place is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel housekeeping is excellent, and the room service staff, front desk, and bellhops are all very polite. We booked a family twin room with two 1.5-meter beds. Given that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, the room was quite spacious. The only downside was the weak shower pressure, and the bathtub was pretty useless. When showering inside it, there was very little standing room, and the drain was a bit clogged, causing the water to drain slowly and accumulate.

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay Hong Kong|4.81km from city center
This was my first time staying at Regal Hong Kong Hotel for a shopping trip in Causeway Bay. The price was reasonable, and the location was excellent, very close to SOGO department store, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The night view was also beautiful. The hotel's buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and a distinct Hong Kong flavor. The downside is that the hotel facilities are quite old. The room size was decent, but the shower in the bathroom was too small; it was difficult to even turn around. I hope they can improve this.

Every time I visit Hong Kong, I choose to stay at Ramada Tsim Sha Tsui. I've always loved its location and overall service; the experience is consistently great. However, during this stay, it was the first time I encountered a towel with a noticeable stain. I'm not complaining for the sake of it, but rather as a friendly reminder to the hotel: the cleanliness and inspection of public amenities could be more thorough and attentive, ensuring subsequent guests feel even more comfortable. Overall, I'm still very satisfied and will continue to be a loyal guest. I hope the hotel keeps improving.

This well-established hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to our meeting venue, and surrounded by numerous malls and restaurants, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel service was exceptional. We arrived at noon, and they not only gave us a room early but also upgraded it for us. The room size was quite good for a Hong Kong hotel, especially considering how valuable space is here. It would be even better if the room facilities could be updated, but I understand that, given the hotel's long history.

Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong|2.14km from city center
The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and the A21 bus stop for the airport, which saved us a lot of travel time. The short walk also meant we didn't get caught in the rain when we left. There are countless amazing local eateries nearby, including tea restaurants, dessert shops, and roast goose – we just wished we had more time to try everything! I was mentally prepared for the hotel's facilities to be a bit old, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. While not new, the room was quite spacious, the linens were very clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The only minor issue was the shower faucet – the tap and shower head both ran at the same time, which felt a bit wasteful. Overall, it's conveniently located, quiet, and offers great value for money. We had a wonderful three-day trip to Hong Kong with our child and would definitely consider staying here again.

Taking city bus A21 from the airport and getting off at the Hong Kong Science Museum stop, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away. The transportation is incredibly convenient, and it's also not far from Tsim Sha Tsui, making getting around very easy. The room was neat and clean, with complete facilities. On the first day of my stay, I even received a large bottle of complimentary mineral water. Since my flight was in the evening, I left my luggage at the hotel when checking out, and the staff were very helpful, providing assistance and even transportation suggestions. It was a very thoughtful experience. Next time I visit Hong Kong, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended! Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete. Hygiene: Neat and clean, and it's a smoke-free environment. Environment: The environment is excellent, and it's convenient for getting around. Hotel was great. Location was convenient with many restaurants and shops around. Easy to get to public transport of all varieties. Rooms are small but not too bad for a city with high population density. Room was cleaned daily at request; tea and coffee not refreshed but probably could’ve asked concierge for more. Elevators do have an annoying wait in the morning but can’t really change the building’s structure so just plan in advance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Booked this hotel again for a concert. It's about a 13-minute walk from Mong Kok or Olympic Station. Right across the street, there's a McDonald's, a ParknShop supermarket, a wet market, and plenty of small eateries. The room size is pretty standard for Hong Kong – neat, clean, and no strange odors. The shower heats up quickly, and there are clean towels provided. However, you'll need to bring your own toiletries or buy them from the self-service machine in the lobby; a toothbrush (with toothpaste) costs 1 HKD per set. The only minor drawback is that the bed is probably only 1.9 meters long, which is a bit short.

Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong|2.64km from city center
Good evening. This hotel, The Kowloon Hotel, has an excellent location. The MTR (subway) entrance is right outside, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Victoria Harbour – simply turn left after exiting the main entrance and walk straight ahead (it's about 5 minutes, not counting traffic lights). If you walk a bit further, the third bus stop is for the A21, which goes directly to the airport. To the right of The Kowloon Hotel's main entrance, there's a restaurant called Silver Dragon Restaurant, famous for its roasted goose leg. In Hong Kong, roasted meat dishes, coffee, and milk tea are almost always available for free with your meal. However, in my personal opinion, this hotel is very expensive. They wouldn't even provide two bottles of mineral water without charge, and you have to pay for toothbrushes and combs. The breakfast I had cost me HKD 148, which I paid myself. So it really depends on your personal preferences. If location is your priority, then this place is fine. Everyone needs to think clearly about what they truly want. Thank you all.

The hotel's official check-in time is 3 PM, but he managed to get us a very satisfactory room and allowed us to check in at 12 PM. The service was truly thoughtful. Plus, the hotel's soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be recommending ALVA HOTEL BY AKWA to all my friends and family.
