Loved the dreamy ambiance and the exceptional service. They sent a gift to the room, and even gave an extra one because we had two kids. The executive lounge was great, taking care of all three meals easily.

From the warm 'Welcome Home' greeting, the fairytale atmosphere is simply magical. You'll occasionally spot Disney characters in the lobby, allowing for photos without the long park queues – a real thrill for kids! While the room isn't luxurious, the attention to detail is impressive. A hidden switch by the bed lights up Mickey and fireworks, and the pull-down bed is an absolute favorite with the little ones. The hotel gardens are beautifully maintained and perfect for photos and a leisurely stroll on a nice day. Early Park Entry: Get into the park an hour early via the town passage. It's a fantastic feeling to hit all the popular rides before the crowds arrive. Convenient Transportation: There's a free shuttle bus service to the park.

We upgraded to an executive room, and it was absolutely worth every penny. My daughter said it was the best hotel she's ever stayed in, and the two beds were comfortable enough for three of us without feeling cramped. The toiletries were high quality, and there was even a Dyson hairdryer – though the showerhead was a bit disappointing. Disneyland always makes you feel like you got your money's worth!

My child had been looking forward to this Disneyland trip for a long time, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! Since I'm too busy with work to accompany them, my parents took the child. Before their arrival, I called the hotel and mentioned that my child really wanted a bunk bed, and they made a note of it. Upon arrival, the hotel did their best to fulfill our request. The staff member who answered the phone was incredibly patient, guiding me on how to get from the airport to the hotel by subway. The food was also excellent, and my child loved it. My mother said that all the staff provided wonderful service. I especially want to highlight one thing: because my parents were a bit confused, my child didn't get to take a picture with Mickey in his pajamas on the night of check-in. My parents felt very guilty about it. After informing the hotel's lobby manager, they arranged for the photo to be taken the next day, which deserves huge praise! It's such a human-centered hotel (because I felt it was our own mistake, and the hotel could have easily refused, so I didn't have high hopes). This made our trip truly unforgettable. The overall check-in process, facilities, and environment were all excellent, far surpassing the Chimelong hotels in Guangzhou and Zhuhai. I'm so grateful to the Disneyland Hotel for giving our family such wonderful memories on this trip. I genuinely recommend everyone who has the means to experience the hotel's executive room; it's fantastic!

Deluxe 2-bed Room
We stayed for two nights over the weekend for a trip to Disneyland with our kid. We initially chose this hotel primarily because it had an outdoor pool and a shuttle service to Disneyland. This meant we could enjoy some water fun on the evening of the first day and the morning of the third. We were able to check in early, at 12 PM, and they even upgraded us to a giraffe-themed family room – super generous, highly recommend! They also didn't charge extra for our older child at breakfast, which was another great surprise. You can rent a stroller on the first floor for 80 RMB, and the price is the same for single or double strollers. It turned out to be a very smart decision to rent one for our second day at Disneyland. The pool isn't deep, perfect and safe enough for kids to swim in. Swimming in the evening during summer is ideal as it's shaded and not too hot. Breakfast was substantial with a good variety of meat and vegetable dishes – if you go late, it could even double as lunch. It's also easy to order takeout from nearby restaurants. The room was very comfortable, with smart toilets and curtains, and the light switches and control panels were convenient and intuitive. It's only a 15-minute drive from Disneyland. Highly recommended! Excellent value for money!

Superior Parent-Child Room
After a long search, we finally settled on Reting Hotel. Since it was just two moms with four kids, the room with two 1.8-meter beds was perfect for all six of us. The hotel environment is great, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are really friendly. They also offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland. What I was most impressed with was being able to rent strollers right on the first floor, and the shuttle drivers always proactively helped with loading them. Overall, I was very happy with our stay and have already recommended it to friends coming to Disneyland.

The hotel's round-trip shuttle bus to Disneytown is very convenient. The early park access benefit (up to 1 hour early entry) was great; entering through the hotel's special通道 was quick, allowing us to enjoy several popular rides right away. My kids loved the Woody interaction at the hotel, and the small gift for our second stay was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and bottled water was delivered promptly. The kids also really enjoyed the hotel's atmosphere.

This is our top choice for visiting Disneyland, and the service is definitely excellent. The ability to buy half-day tickets is the main reason I absolutely have to stay on-site. The rooms are very clean, but the standard rooms are just too far, too far, too far away! Luckily, they offer luggage delivery. If you're not staying overnight, you can also store your luggage next to the Starbucks in Disney Springs, which is very convenient.

Overall, this is a fantastic, immersive, kid-friendly themed hotel. From the lobby and hallways to the guest rooms, it's all decked out with Toy Story cartoon elements. The playful design had my child super excited the moment we walked in – the atmosphere is really well done. 1. The location is unbeatable. There's a hotel-exclusive shuttle bus that goes straight to the Disneyland park entrance. This made early park entry and returning after the evening fireworks show incredibly convenient, saving us from crowded subways or taxis and significantly cutting down on travel time. 2. The room hardware was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and even the toiletries were Buzz Lightyear themed – great attention to detail! Service was prompt, and the front desk and shuttle staff were all very patient and helpful.

Deluxe Double Bed Room (Washer-Dryer + Huawei Smart Screen + Large Refrigerator)
I mainly came for Disneyland this time, and the hotel is just one subway stop away. It's only about 100 meters from Exit 1. The environment is great, the room is clean, and there are coffee shops and fast-food restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that the air conditioning in the room is a bit noisy.

Superior Room (2 Beds)
The environment is beautiful, and the view from the window is great. They also offer a free shuttle to Disneyland, which makes getting to Disney or catching the subway super convenient. However, the front desk service could use an upgrade – a bit more warmth and smiles would really enhance the experience. Compared to the Atour hotel next door, I didn't feel the same sense of warmth and welcome. At Atour, the staff always greeted me with smiles, saying "Good morning" or "Good evening" every time I passed by. Here, I even encountered a female front desk staff chatting when I went to ask a question, which felt very casual and unprofessional. This really detracted from the experience. They could definitely improve staff training to make guests feel more at home and valued.

Traveling to Disneyland with kids, it's really important to have a subway station close to the hotel, which saves a lot of walking. The room was clean and tidy, and staying on the back side of the hotel was very quiet. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options like McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, and Starbucks, making it very convenient to grab a bite.

The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse and delicious, my child absolutely loved it! Every evening, the staff would deliver a fruit platter to each room, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. For dinner, we ordered a Pine Nut Mandarin Fish, braised baby cabbage with superior stock, and a basket of xiaolongbao (soup dumplings). We couldn't finish it all, but everything tasted amazing.

1. Upon arrival, staff were on hand to help with luggage, and I was offered water during check-in. 2. The shuttle to Disney was punctual and the ride was smooth. The WeChat group provided clear updates on the shuttle's departure times and locations, making it easy to find. Even with heavy rain, the return shuttle picked up guests on time. 3. We also received complimentary fruit upon arrival. During our stay, a diligent little robot delivered our food orders promptly to our room. The room also had a mini-fridge, and there's a laundry room on the 9th floor, making our stay very convenient. There are also many dining options nearby. 4. The room itself was spacious and bright; even on rainy days, there was no dampness or musty smell. The air conditioning worked very well, making for a very comfortable stay.
