Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. The front desk is very friendly, especially the uncle in the restaurant who can speak a word or two in Chinese. He knew that we were from China and needed tissues and brought them to us himself. The uncle at the front desk will also help with luggage and call taxis. The staff are very nice. The only drawback is that there is backflow in the bathroom, dirt will be found the next day, and a toothbrush is found in the toilet (I am sure it was not caused by us). Maybe it's just a problem with this room, I hope this can be improved

AMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again

el hotel es muy antiguo hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, la ubicación es excelente pero a veces es imposible poder dormir con tanto ruido que hay externo. la puerta del balcón en malas condiciones , no cerraba y, todo se escucha de una habitación a otra. los colchones de las camas bien, la presión del agua muy buena, las toallas de baño como la ropa de cama baño muy viejo. Es un hotel con mucho que desear . The hotel is very old, the maintenance is needed in the rooms, the location is excellent but sometimes it is impossible to sleep because of the extreme noises from the outside. The balcony door is in poor condition, it doesn’t close well everything can be heard from a room to another. The mattresses beds are good, the water pressure is very good, the bath towels and the bedding are very used and needs to be replaced. It is a hotel with much to be desired.
