Our room #5 was of moderate size with kitchen facilities and a balcony overlooking the street and park. I found the room more comfortable than I expected from the photos though given the size of the room it might be nice to have had a cozy chair for reading. Otherwise you could sit on the bed or at the table. As mentioned by other reviewers, parking can be a challenge if the few spaces under the hotel are unavailable. But the waterfront, restaurants (try Botswana Butchery and Eichardts) and the gondola are just a 5 minute walk away. I would stay here again.FromUS$137

Nice and modern. The highlight of this hotel for me is the large and open lobby area. Most hotels in Queenstown I notice have small crampt lobbies, but this hotel is very inviting when you first walk in. The staff are clearly stretched due to covid isolation policies. Was not uncommon to see wait staff on breakfast shift and were still there well into the evening hours. I think management needs to pay their staff well as they are clearly working overtime and have their hands full. We did not have housekeeping for the duration of our stay due to many staff isolating.
