The hotel is a two-minute walk from the bus station. Twin rooms overlook onto a tranquil place. Two bottles every day for free. Good wifi signal. Comfortable bed and pillows. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the water pressure in the shower was bad, so the water heater almost did not work therefore a cold water flowed from the shower periodically. There is no mosquito net on the window. Thin walls and you can hear your neighbors. Key deposit is 200 baht. In general, I liked the hotel.

The location is behind the long-distance bus terminal 3, there are many motorcycles nearby for rent, 200 baht for 24 hours, and it is a very new hotel. Hygienic environment and perfect hardware. The breakfast is also good.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at while in Chiangmai. The apartment was clean and spacious and the television channels included English and movie channels. They also supplied bottled water and free coffee and Milo at the front desk downstairs. The hotel is not centrally located so you have to use Grab taxi to get around as shopping centres are not within walking distance. The hotel is however within walking distance to the bus station and there is a 7-eleven around the corner. I really enjoyed my stay here as the hotel is very quiet and there is no noise disturbance by other guests.

The hotel staff is very nice, they will keep in touch if they forget things. It's too far from the city. It costs 170-190 baht to ask for a taxi. It takes more than 100 people to take a two-way car, and it takes an hour to walk. But it is very close to the bus station, about 10 minutes walk.

Overall considered good Complete room amenities, spacious room, clean room, but the receptionist is not friendly at all, probably a late night employee because checking out at 6 o'clock in the morning, I found it in a sleepy state. Not ready to serve at all Understand that check-in is 2 PM, but just to register and deposit the luggage But the staff's face is not welcoming at all (same employee)

”Huen Din Smell Wood” is a semi-wooded house with 5 rooms, the bottom is a cool and comfortable building, the second floor is wood. There are 3 cool and comfortable rooms as well. Inside the bedroom is arranged in a cute vintage style, there are many angles for taking pictures. If anyone wants a room like the actual stay, recommend it. Clean rooms, shady house area. Far from the airport and places to eat, entertainment. The owner is cute and kind. Friendly 1 time, 2 times, still difficult to go back 2 more.

What an ideal location ! The hotel is simple but met all expectations, people kind , changed our room for one with bigger bathroom and better view . Bed very hard for western standards. Good breakfast. Very familiar not luxury but allow us to be on a perfect spot for Loi Krathong festival and a very good value for money . Contacted them and picked us from airport complimentary.

The sheets are a bit dirty, the beds are large and the pool is small. The breakfast was ordered, and the coupons for drinks were sent, but we had no time to drink it. The hotel does not provide free pick-up and drop-off service to the airport. They can help to call a taxi, which is a bit troublesome.

Breakfast is ok, although simple, but it has everything. It does not provide electric kettle, hairdryer, slippers. Use hot water to fetch water in the breakfast room, and a hair dryer can be borrowed from the front desk. There is a small swimming pool. The surrounding environment is not very good, the road is narrow, there are many cars, and the noise is loud. Especially too close to the airport, every day I lie in bed and listen to countless planes taking off, and the night is not peaceful. Stayed for two nights and moved decisively.

The hotel locates nearby attractions of old town about 5-10 minutes walk along the small alley. There are small local shops and local living so you can experience the authentic Thai. The room is spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good. I adore the hotel’s decoration that represents the Lanna style, lots of trees and small gardens. The staff are friendly, polite and service minded. The mattress quality is superior, so comfortable. Would return again to this place. For those who don’t like walking much, there is a small monitor bike for rent shop just in front of the temple next to hotel.

The room was really clean, especially the bathroom, which I really appreciate. Both the rooms and bathroom have a nice aesthetic. There's a small desk, the bed is king sized, and the TV facing the bed seems to be around 40 inces. The AC worked fine. They don't seem to have any shared facilities however.

This hotel belongs to the nature of a bed and breakfast, with few rooms and few staff. The location is relatively small. The room size, restaurant, and swimming pool are relatively small. After staying for two days, I think the photos are really good-looking. Every corner is like a well-designed one, so it is easy to take good-looking photos, but the location is too partial. If you don’t rent a motorcycle to go out, it’s really not Convenience. Personally think that if you like to take pictures, it is enough to arrange a day to take pictures.

This is my second stay at Thapae Boutique House. It is located only 3 min walk from Thapae Gate but is so quiet and peaceful. I like this place as it feels a little more authentic than large hotels with generic rooms that are the same around the world. This boutique place makes me feel like staying in Thailand. It truely is quiet an peaceful. I found the beds comfortable. The bathrooms may be simple but they have an authentic feel. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. My Deluxe room is at a bargain price. Superior rooms are as cheap as a hostel. Seven Eleven, restaurants, bars and money exchange are 1 minute away. Only 6 minute walk to Loi Kroh Road too. They don't rank as highly on some booking sites because they don't pay extra fees. I suggest you search for this place as a delightful stay in Chiang Mai.

First review, because there really is something to say. After staying in the hotel for 9 days, the baby said that she didn't want to leave. She really likes her Abu Shu. The small outdoor swimming pool is the source of her happiness. No matter how tired she is back from filming, she has to experience it! There are many types of breakfast, and the staff is very attentive! The paradise-like environment makes people feel relaxed and happy! This stay is unforgettable! I agreed with a few mothers that I will come to Chiang Mai next time and come to the first station! There are a lot of hotel chains in the first station at home and abroad, we decide where there is a hotel in the first station, we will go to which city to travel ✈️, love you, great!

I really like this hotel. The environment is beautiful and quiet. The staff's service is very good. From the beginning, I went to the door to help carry luggage, introduce the hotel environment and so on. No tip was given. Later, we all felt really good and volunteered. Tip. The only thing is that the staff does not seem to be able to speak Chinese and basically communicate in English, but staying in a hotel, very simple English is enough. In short, highly recommended ... yes, and the room is very large, Ctrip said that a bed of five meters, not even this, is simply a two-meter bed, jacuzzi ...

We stayed at around 8:00 in the night. The hotel was very remote. In a small alley, surrounded by some construction houses and construction sites, it looked a little scary at night. There were no 711 nearby, and there was no place to eat. Very inconvenient, so that we have to go a long way to eat every afternoon, and then come back. The design of the hotel room is unreasonable, the bathroom is very small, the shampoo shower gel is especially mini, the girls in the long hair are not washed at all, the pool water is not very clean, there are floating objects. What makes me angry most is that the price of the big bed room and the twin room is different. We booked the big bed room. On the last day, we found that the hotel made it smart to put the two single beds together to form a big bed room. There is a gap between the two mattresses, it is not comfortable to sleep. In general, this hotel will not be booked again.

It is an old hotel, but it has been renovated, developed and improved continuously. The facilities are considered complete. We stayed in three of us so we booked a family room with one single bed and one double bed, with a duplex. There are many different room types in it, maybe because it is not the peak season, the landlord asked me to look at other room types and said I could change. But I didn't change it. I like the duplex style. The landlord is super nice and friendly. He also gave us fruit, watermelon and mango. You can also rent their bicycles, it’s still a bit far to reach the destination on a hot day

The hotel is in the ancient city of Chiang Mai. Let’s talk about the advantages first. It is very clean and similar to a homestay. There are cafes on the first floor and guest rooms on the second floor. There are only a few rooms. You have to take off your shoes when you go upstairs. To the north of the hotel, it is just 10 minutes away from the airport. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There is a delicious restaurant opposite the hotel, which is much better than the hotel itself, and the price is affordable! The front desk does not speak Chinese but only English. Fortunately, the translation software is very powerful and communication is barrier-free. Because what we reported in Chiang Mai are all day trips, we have to go out at 7 or 8 o'clock. The hotel breakfast is a bit late at 8-10 o'clock. It is a perfect miss. The hotel can only make sandwiches in advance for three days. This is a comparison. I'm sad. In addition, the shower head in the hotel only has a shower head and is fixed, which cannot be removed. It is depressing and inconvenient to bring a baby. The bed was comfortable and clean. This is everything for me personally.

If I rate this hotel when I check in on the first day, I will only give the service 3 points at most. But then the performance of several staff members made me feel more positive. The environment and facilities are actually my favorite style. Small-scale hotels are also very clean. Super big bathroom, jacuzzi very comfortable. When checking in, a staff member took the initiative to go out to help Ling Xiang, although he did not smile but was still polite. The girl who checked in at the front desk did not smile at all and looked unwelcome. The girl who took us to the room was even more indifferent and spoke very quickly when introducing the room facilities. I asked which of the refrigerators are charged for confirmation and answered Very impatient. At that time, the impression was particularly bad, especially when I lived in an internal home before. When compared, if the service there is very good, here it is only 5 points. Later on the second and third days, the exchanges for dining, booking airport vehicles, etc. were still smooth, most of the waiters were still very good, and I had some improvement. At the same time, I understand why everyone has different comments on the service of this hotel, mainly the attitude of individual waiters.

It is a local villa accommodation type, surrounded by ordinary residential houses, quiet and elegant, nearby 7-11 car rental agency, restaurant and bar, on the next street, and the self-service laundry is very close. The hotel rooms are the best I have stayed abroad. The rooms are well-equipped and large enough. The air has a fresh fragrance of essential oils. The design is modern and Thai. There are large wardrobes and dressing tables in the hall, sofas, floor-to-ceiling windows, no mosquitoes, and very soundproof Good, breakfast can be chosen, freshly cooked and delicious.
