I booked a room in this hotel online at short notice and on arrival I was pleasantly greeted at reception and quickly and efficiently checked in. The Thai receptionist was having problems with the credit card machine being slow and was making jokes about it sleeping in as it was Sunday morning. My room was small, very clean but had almost everything I wanted, there was no room safe, but safes were available at reception. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked well. The bathroom was tiny but everything worked as it should have with a good shower with plenty of hot water. The room was supplied with soap, shampoo & conditioner, very clean and fragrant smelling towels. There was a small mini bar which was stocked with a few items and a complimentary sealed bottle of drinking water. I was able to book and pay for a taxi at reception which worked out far cheaper than using the locally available meter taxis with the added advantage that the English speaking receptionist told the driver exactly where I was going to eliminating language problems. The receptionist on checkout, spoke excellent English and used own mobile phone to confirm my next hotel booking for me without charge and the taxi she had booked for me arrived early. I didn’t eat in the hotel this time but I will be staying here again in the future.

I came to Bangkok and wanted to experience a foreign atmosphere, so I stayed at a local Thai-style hotel at first, thinking that a Japanese hotel was not the best choice, but I was a bit confused. So when I heard that this hotel had recently opened, I decided to stay there for just one night, my last night in Bangkok! Rei, who checked me in, was Thai, but checked me in in Japanese and was very kind. Her smile was lovely! All the staff at this hotel have Japanese names. Even those who don't speak Japanese. It's a unique idea and very interesting. It makes you feel close to them. The room has a Japanese hotel feel, with a calming beige and soft orange color scheme. There's even a washlet, which is great! There's cute nightwear and a tumbler that you can refill with water, so it's a very convenient experience. I liked it so much that they were selling it at the front desk, so I bought it as a souvenir. The breakfast I hurriedly had before leaving was much tastier than the first hotel I stayed at! The croissants were warmed up in a Balmuda toaster, so they were moist and chewy! Lastly, I was really touched by the fact that I left my important makeup pouch at the hotel I was staying at the previous day, and when I asked about it, they contacted me and sent a taxi to deliver it to me before I left for the airport. I am so grateful. Thank you to You at the front desk and Kishiro at the concierge! It was the best! I will definitely come back to stay here again 🧡 I would like to recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances! It was a wonderful trip staying at this hotel 🎶 Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel 😊

The service staff at Marble Youth Hostel are very friendly and the service quality is good. The lobby has a convenient communal table where I can get my work done easily. Although someone happened to sleep in my bed by mistake on the second night, the boss still quickly helped me solve the problem at one o'clock in the morning and arranged a new bed for me. This considerate service made me very satisfied and satisfied. Peace of mind.

It is clean and clean. My sister keeps cleaning. The weifi is strong. The lobby and rooms are all very effective. I especially like a youth hostel. The boss is learning Chinese. They are all people from all over the world. They chat together and the children practice oral English. There are all kinds of food when you go out. Thai food is the best in the world. Nearby is the subway, Patpong Night Market, Japan Street, the hotel is in the alley, very quiet, I like it very much.

We stayed here for two nights on a layover between flights from the UK to Australia. I booked this because it was cheap (and I am cheap), and because it offered a very cheap ”family suite” option of two interconnecting rooms. I was travelling with my 11-year-old daughter and this seemed like a good option for us both getting an undisturbed sleep. I'm an Accor member, and have stayed in Ibis Styles hotels in several places around the world. They're generally OK. This place was way above normal Ibis Styles standards. This hotel is very new: it had been open for a couple of months when we stayed. The location is good. It's very close to Sala Daeng BTS and not far from Silom MTR. It's on a major road. However, it is down its own little alleyway, so it is isolated from traffic noise. It's a private, dedicated alleyway, with a good smooth surface and good lighting, not a scary dark alleyway. The lobby is light and airy and really nicely decorated, with floor cushions on a stairway which is a nice place to sit around. Check-in was great. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and gave me all the information I needed. She even showed us to our room, which was on the ground floor. She apologised for it being on the ground floor, but really this was fine. The rooms were lovely. There was a door which closed us off from the rest of the corridor, meaning that we had a section of corridor to ourselves and could leave our doors open if we wanted to. The rooms were brightly coloured and extremely clean. The shower areas were huge. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with nice soft duvets. My one caveat is that these rooms were great for us, because there was one person in each room. It might be less good if there were two of you in a room. The showers are glass, and look directly onto the bed. There's a blind, and the door is partially frosted, but if you were lying in bed, even with the shower blind down, you could see the head and feet of the person in the shower. Also, the sink is in the room, rather than in a separate bathroom, so there's no privacy when you're brushing your teeth or shaving or whatever. Again, great for one person: you can watch TV while brushing your teeth or showering, but maybe not great for two people. The TV had very limited channels - for English I think there was only al-Jazeera, ChannelNewsAsia and RT. But it had YouTube built in, so you could find yourself something good to watch. The TV was a decent size - maybe 40”. WiFi was very fast and free. The breakfast buffet was small, but really good. The food was lovely. The pool area is great. It's on the roof, and it's shaded in the afternoon by surrounding buildings. From one end of the pool there is a good view across the city, even though it's only on the 9th floor. The bar by the pool did some lovely mocktails too. This hotel was unbelievably cheap - less than US$40 per night for one room - but it did not feel like

Before the reservation, I received so many praises, and it was not too cheap for nearly 400 yuan a night, so I booked a three-night twin room. After the check-in, the room on the second floor is given. The room is small, the ceiling is at your fingertips, and there are several intersecting beams that are quite depressed. The only window in the room was a stinking small ditch and toilet paper that was dropped upstairs. The only place to dry clothes, there are only three hangers, and drying a pair of underwear is not enough. The bathroom emits a strange smell, the glass window of the bathroom and the room is not well blocked, and the person who can bathe in the bathroom can be seen outside the room. The air conditioner remote control is bad. The air conditioner control panel that has been poked can only be switched, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The air outlet is facing the bed, and the cold air cannot blow to sleep. The water that is provided for drinking is the direct drinking water that the hotel itself fills. I don't know if it is not clean. The store is not willing to provide such cheap bottled water. It feels awkward. My friends and I forced myself to stay here for one night. I felt more sensitive when I was sleeping on the bed. I ate a loratadine and went to sleep after an hour. I slept very late the next day, because I didn't dare to expect breakfast at the hotel, just don't eat it. Since the room can't be changed, it can't be retired. I can't live. So I re-booked a nearby hotel with similar prices but dozens of times. On the third day, I came back late at night and went into the room to take the rest of the salute. I found that the towel used on the first day was not changed, the bed was not finished, the bottled water was not loaded, and the garbage bin was filled with the first day of garbage. In general, this hotel is not as good as the seven-day level in China, which seriously affects our mood to go to Thailand. It seems that in the future, the reservation cannot be too much to believe in the comment, nor can it be measured by the high price and high quality.

Sawatdee krub thouk khon, Surawong Hotel 56 was really awesome: The stuff (reception and housekeeping) was very nice and helpfull, the room had a very good furniture and beds were so nice that we would liked to bring the pillows back home :) Everything was very clean and functional. Noise insulation was ok (7th floor to the street side) but for sure in a city like Bangkok there is always some noise. We stayed 2 weeks (with 4 extentable reservations but we did not travel around) and for sure we will be back there in April. The only negative thing was the SafetyBox: It was just put on the floor without any fixing, so anyone could carry it away, and batteries were empty. In the end we did not need it really so not a big deal. So I suggest to find a way to install it under the TV Table or elsewhere. Little hint: Since Covid, the paiment in the city by foreign Credit Cards is much easier, especially with a card like Revolut or others. Just check eventual fees that your bank will charge you. Great stay in Surawong, thank you again to Surawong 56 and P'Ran. Sawatdee krub. P'Marco & N'Title

The room facilities are old and blue, the wallpaper is peeled off, and the bathtub has black stains. . It is good to ask for a room with a window, but the gay club opposite is very crowded until midnight and the sound is amazing. The only salvation was that the staff were kind. The skinhead at the front desk will tell you anything when you ask color 々 (of course in English). There is no revisit. I was really surprised about this hotel 🤩nothing accepted when I was booking , but …. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, looks like the hotel is new , or open less than a one year. Next to hotel is 7/11 and the laundry is opposite. The room is spacious with a lot of necessary things, such as a wardrobe, hangers, safe, kettle, refrigerator. Very convenient for me a metro station , it’s just a 3-5 minutes by walking from the hotel. Will definitely come again for the next time.

There is a parking lot, there are convenience stores nearby, and there is an old food market. We use Grab taxi software to go out, about 200 from the hotel to the Siam business district. The overall environment is OK. The room has a small balcony, which is a floor-to-ceiling window. Household noise is not very good, such as the high quality of sleep requirements need to be cautious, the overall cost is relatively high.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

The overall location is fantastic and just a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 and the MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok stations. The suits are massive with a lot of space, and full of all normal household amenities including a washing machine with a dryer, and an iron + ironing board. The kitchen is usable too, and the bathroom is nice and big. The WIFI connection was poor though, and the internet would randomly drop, especially at night. It was quite unstable. The carpet in the hallway and the bedroom looked unclean and should probably be removed because it’s obvious it is not maintained. I was lucky to get a corner room with all windows facing outside. In other rooms, however, the windows faced the hallway, and I could sometimes see other guests in their rooms with the curtains open. It’s a rather unfortunate layout and I personally wouldn’t want to stay in such rooms.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk and no contact information, so I couldn't enter the hotel for a while. I saw two ladies chatting in the building next door, so I decided to ask them, but one of them was a receptionist. No apology. Also, after entering the room, only one of my PCs could not connect to the wifi, so I asked the receptionist, but it took a while to resolve the issue. I was told that only two devices could connect to the wifi. The people seemed nice, but the whole exchange made me very tired on the first day. Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

Not! Often! Recommend! Recommend! In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~ The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends! The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease >< (The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night! It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. There's an elevator and it's very convenient to go upstairs with luggage. The smell of herbal tea in the elevator is very nostalgic and the air conditioner is very strong. Downstairs is 711. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. A friend of mine recommended this hotel to me when I visited Thailand last November 2023. I also highly recommend this boutique hotel for the following reasons: 1. It's just a few steps away from the MRT, so that means staying in this hotel will enable you to save some money on transportation. 2. Clean, orderly and noise-free. My four-day stay was very comfortable. 3. The most important of all, for the time, the staff were very friendly, all smiles all the time, and very helpful. I think it is the nature of Thai people to be gentle and kind, and I really appreciate how I was treated kindly. One time, I was having difficulties talking with the motorcycle driver because he did not understand English that much, and so I asked for help from the receptionist. The receptionist talked to the driver over the app on phone and even walked me to the pick up point a few meters away from the hotel. The driver was unable to pick me up in front of the hotel because of heavy traffic. Also one of the staff let me borrow the plug for cellphones overnight. Lastly, wen I had to leave very early in the morning for the airport, he even helped me get my luggage into the trunk of the Grab taxi. Bedever has made stay in Bangkok much, much better. To the staff, thank you ka mak mak. l I will definitely book my stay here next time!

My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were quite polite. The room was clean, I didn’t like that they didn’t have any toiletries (toothbrushes, etc) in the room you had to call and ask for it if you needed it. Location is close to the metro station so way to get around and right next to a 7-11.
