This hotel does everything in its power to make you feel welcome. Owner personally went to nearby Chouraha to guide my taxi driver to hotel location when I was leaving. Staff are polite and courteous. Some small points of attention like dust under the beds and sometimes staff mixing up orders happens, but attention to this is being payed and small things like this happens in every hotel under this tariff bracket, so it is to be expected. However the effort they put into making you feel comfortable is flawless and for this I am giving them 5 stars. Breakfast was given free to me at 11am on 3 days and is something I have never seen in any hotel around the world. Even sweets were ordered for me by owner upon request and prior to my arrival my room was guaranteed based on my words. Very rare to get this kind of service.

My colleague and I decided to book the best available suite in this hotel through Makemytrip.com. While the other listed rooms were for 1500 + tax, and being from the hotel industry we were skeptical of the standard room so we decided to book and pay for a Platinum Suite. We paid Rs 7300 for 1 night expecting that the hotel will atleast match our expectations of a 3 star hotel suite. However nothing was normal. 1. We stopped right outside the hotel gate, my colleague went in asking for a Bell Boy. The bell boy didn't turn up nor did anybody else from the hotel turned up for about 20 minutes. We parked the car on ourselves and had to lift our luggage inside the hotel. 2. Surprisingly nobody in the hotel, starting from the gentle*** handling the front desk, nobody wears a uniform. You can't assess who is the hotel staff and who is an outsider. 3. The entry to the gloomy Platinum Suite was from the end of the corridor. The coverups on sofa's are torn and the sofas look so dirty as if they haven't been cleaned ever since they were bought. Glasses on the tables are chipped and may hurt you if you aren't careful. 4. The hotel has no pre check in procedures to check that the room they are going to allot has all amenities in place or not. There is/was no water bottle either outside or inside the mini bar. 5. There were no towels placed in the bathroom and no foot mat. We had to request towels but the foot towel came the following morning. 6. The soap provided is Rs 3 per bar so you can assume the quality parameters this hotel follows. 7. We ordered a few drinks after our arrival. It took them 15 minutes to verify what they could serve us to eat ***** with the drinks. After 15 minutes of approval and requisition, they took half an hour to finally show up with the biggest surprise. They brought the drinks but no water. The snacks were tandoori but they had just been reheated in the microwave and sent as if we don't know the difference between tandoori item and something that is reheated in a microwave. Saddest of all is that the hotel sent us plastic spoons to consume the snacks. Just the kind of spoons a road side kachori wala gives. And all of it in plastic melamine plates which are cancerous and absolutely unhygienic. The kebabs were uncooked so we decided to just have our dinner and call it a day. The dinner was no different and we really regret making this choice. We ***age a multinational travel house and promote hotels day in an out. There are smaller hotels across the world who still believe in service unlike this hotel. The rooms are very old and so is the hotel. You will find better, cheaper hotels elsewhere. I will never show up here and will never recommend this hotel to anyone in his senses. You are not welcome here.

Hotel location is centered, breakfast is not bad, corridors and rooms are darker, personally do not like this color, especially arriving at night, looking at the dark, the first day to stay in the quilt has a little tide, the room is a little bit taste, then a few days Just met the wall in the corridor, it was a sour, good taste in the room can be small, confirmed a little, Wi-Fi is free

Good breakfast in the lobby, there is a Chinese restaurant, a good restaurant, a small restaurant, the younger brother, the younger sister, the Indian accent is the only one I did not understand in my trip to India (I average 7.5 IELTS) but very polite check in too hot to give ice small Towels, but called ola, the door is not easy to find a way to go against it. However, in India, it is normal dinner. You can go to the opposite side of the bridge to eat the buffet. You can also walk around the small supermarket for five or six minutes and take a taxi for half an hour at the hotel. You can go to the Palace of Winds JP Station and the airport to estimate a 45-minute drive to Amber Fort.

This hotel in India is the perfect hotel. I visited the pink castle of 3,000 nights, but the experience is even better, but I am particularly sorry. After checking out with a bottle of room water to drink at the airport, my husband and I have appeared. Severe diarrhea, I think there is no problem with breakfast. I finally thought that this bottle of water is a problem. I haven’t relieved if I have taken the medicine. If I can’t go to the doctor tomorrow, I suggest that the baby with weak stomach will boil even if it is bottled. Well, I have never had enteritis in ten years, but this time it is too serious, but this does not affect this hotel is still my favorite in India, service is supreme, if there is a chance to go, I will still choose here!

We arrived at Jaipur at 9 o'clock in the evening, so we chose a hotel near the airport. The tall and thin brother at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the suite. So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. Some rooms were not very good. I found that the machine was roaring at night and couldn’t sleep. I changed the room in the middle of the night and tossed it for a long time. The bed in the double room is very small, it will fall off when you turn over, and you can't sleep well at night. The room in the big bed is OK, but his bed is a bit too soft, and people who are not used to it are estimated to be uncomfortable sleeping. Fortunately, the hotel's overall service is relatively good, but the gastrointestinal bacteria infection in India pulled out of the hotel to ask if there is no medicine or know where the pharmacy is, the hotel can not provide any help, let me own Google map. Fortunately, the owner of a kuhu restaurant and hotel nearby bought me a drug and confiscate the service fee.

This hotel is so perfect that the service environment has not been hanged to say 100. I have always thought that India is not good before I have been to India. India is totally different from what I imagined, the difference between heaven and earth! What I saw was not like the legendary and media reports! His culture and essence are really worth exploring. I remember Jobs said that if you want to do a big business and a boss, you must go to India for a while, so you can imagine! This hotel has been heard before, I heard that it is very difficult to order, but my friend recommended Dashan Tourism boss Dashan! All the arrangements for the hotel route guides in this trip to India are all arranged by the owner of Dashan! After the 90-year-old single handsome guy, the Chinese first-class great person is very good, the service is too intimate. The city heart recommended to everyone who needs it. If you want to go to Nepal, India, Bhutan can increase the mountain boss's WeChat: 718391700 Phone: +9779801145246 The price is reasonable and will not let you down!

The itc hotel under the Marriott Group is only three or four hundred / night in the low season in July. Hand shake set the wrong date, the front desk said it can be refunded / rescheduled, and paid an extra day. When the time comes to reschedule, the front desk said it could not be changed. To be honest, Ctrip has done its best to submit a rescheduled application and sent me a screenshot. I showed it to the hotel front desk and they refused to reschedule. In the end, I figured out a way to solve the problem myself. Fortunately, I am not a tourist. I have time to wait for them to play the ball slowly. Booking through a third party requires an additional fee for using wifi, but it is not right for me to pay at the front desk to make a reservation. This is not right. After negotiation for a long time, they checked it and did not pay. But how to say, it ’s tiring to deal with group hotels like yours. It ’s okay to solve a little problem positively. It ’s boring to push one person to another: I have to ask xxx, I ’ll communicate with xxx ... How can you expect your customers to choose your group in the future?

We visited the resort for my birthday and ohh boy so glad we chose this beautiful resort for our day. From the check-in to the checkout everything was smooth. The tikka on arrival made things special from the moment we enter the resort. We chose a Swiss tent which was spacious and comfort however the only negative point that I would like to point is that the sitting outside the tent area is uncomfortable. The chairs though matching the rustic look is quite uncomfortable and now will be the good time to upgrade them. Food is average good variety was there in buffet as we took all inclusive plan things would have been nop notch if only my dal baati request would have been granted but I guess the kitchen is over worked. My favourite part of the day would be breakfast which was sumptuous and breakfast area is by far the loveliest place I have seen with exotic birds flying around and squirrel catching my sight here and there and live flute music calming the soul. The evening shows like magic show and local folk dance was nice and kept the children occupied which was much needed for families with children. My 5 year old loved feeding there inhouse rabbits and ducks which were well kept. Activities areas is well kept with all basic activities however the ATV wasn't working which we wanted to ride. Camel ride and horse ride is a nice add on to there activities menu. Pool area was clean We happened to be there on holi, the resort arranged a nice holi party with gulal and water guns for the kids. The kids had a blast playing holi amidst dj music gulal and water. Overall lovely stay. Would recommend every one to stay there. Regards, Kimmi gupta

Hotel service was excellent! When I booked a full room at the Sheraton Four Seasons Suburban, the lobby manager offered me a free dinner (buffet dinner, rich, with Indian flying cakes, vegetable soup, milk, desserts, fruits, etc., which is very tasteful), and then drove me to a more luxurious Location, better downtown store (the downtown store was expensive when you booked the hotel, so you didn't choose), and handled the check-in and luggage collection throughout the service. Great breakfast and good dining environment! Worth staying!

Nice clean hotel. Some staff were incredibly kind & polite, others behaved like dogs with distemper. I asked one desk agent if I could have some change made and he told me to go look for a bank. Later on, a different desk agent finally helped me when I said it was Sunday & the only bank I could find (after an hour's walk) was closed because it was Sunday.

A remarkable and spellbound experience!! We had a delightful welcome, very smooth check in and a great property showaround. They took our welcome photograph as well and had cycles for the guests to explore the grand property which is something different, memorable and unique! We were smitten by the property the moment we entered. Beautiful and picture perfect it is! It's a magnificent property with luscious lawns! The rooms are grand in size and we got upgraded without even asking for it. The staff is very polite, friendly, helpful, generous, very professional, quick in service and paid attention to detail which made us feel important and valuable! We were invited for the holi celebration and enjoyed to the fullest! The food is delicious and one of the best that we have ever had in any five star hotel. Special thanks to Asile and Lalit and Mar.Sodhi for their warm assistance all throughout our stay! They had a smile always on their face and were extremely helpful and friendly! Asile proactively showed us the entire property and made sure our stay is memorable! Thanks to both for the wonderful suggestions, they made sure we don't face any hassles during our stay! Keep up the exceptional work and service! This property is a must visit and will go a long way! Our group of people lived in 3 rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy. The decoration was very Indian. Each room was different. The front desk and room service staff were very warm and friendly. Breakfast can be booked with the front desk. It is reasonable to have a scrambled egg and a cup of coffee for 30 yuan. Going out to eat the hotel will help to call the tug. This price is set to such a homestay, I think it is worth the money.

They have under rated themselves. It is such a beautiful property that I found it better than Hawa Mahal or City Palace. The location is Bani park which is very close to all the Bazars, City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Govind Dev Temple. There are multiple restaurants and food joints nearby. The staff of the hotel is so kind and the whole hotel is very clean. Starting from their main gate to the reception, to the waiting area, to the corridors, to the dining area everything is beautiful and well maintained. The property is very wide and 5 floors high and has Swimming Pool, Garden etc. The buffet breakfast is amazing and has lot of varities. I will recommend this hotel one hundred percent. Do yourself a favour. Skip this place. We are currently staying here and it's a nightmare. 11:15pm - AC shuts off. There is no power. Wait for some time. Still no electricity! Call up the front desk. Phone seems to work although no electricity! They say they need some clearance and will take 2-3 minutes. Windows in the room cannot be opened. So the room is now suffocating. Try calling again and now the intercom is also not working. One hour later, still no electricity. We went down 5 floors to the reception using our cell phone torches. The front desk people are standing outside the reception enjoying the night breeze. It seems to be a regular occurrence for them and they pay no attention to the problem of no electricity. They simply say they are trying switch on generator - they have been saying that from the past one hour. Ironically, all the other buildings around have electricity. The street lights are also on. So basically, the hotel ***agement tries to keep their cost down by switching off power at night. We finally got the ***ager to come in and switch on the power after one and half hours!!! Crazy...
