The front desk is very friendly and there is no problem if you don’t understand the language. (gesturing) Check-in will give you a coupon for the Basel area. Next to the coop supermarket and bus station, it is also very close to the train station! The bed was very comfortable, I had a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast is also delicious! There is also a very lively Christmas market in Basel. If you use coupons, transportation will be free~~ There are also coupons for the barbecue downstairs.

The emotional attitude of the lady at the front desk was baffling. When I wanted to order a taxi during check-out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, nor was there a bell. So I called out ”hello” a few times. The young lady came out from the adjacent room. ”Why are you yelling 'hello'... I am busy... Do you think I should be here (at the front desk) all the time with a smile?” she ranted, complete with an expressive display. What was that all about? I had planned to store my luggage at the hotel, but decided against it. I quickly grabbed my bags and left.

Basel was our final stop in Switzerland this year, a border city spanning only 24 square kilometers. Despite its border location, it's very developed and modern. **Environment:** Among hotels like Victoria, Mövenpick, Radisson, and Novotel, we chose this 3-star option. It's directly opposite the SBB train station, and the main bus terminal is just 100 meters from the lobby exit. Although it's a transport hub, the area is decent; there are a few homeless people around, but its convenience makes up for it. **Facilities:** There's no fitness center, but you can pay to use a partner facility. The lobby bar is alright, not too crowded, with a nice corner view of the street. Coffee runs between 6-7 Swiss francs. The room isn't huge, but it's fully functional, and the bathroom is quite spacious, which is great for travelers. **Cleanliness:** The common areas, like the lobby and hallways, are well-maintained, and the room was very tidy. You can definitely trust the cleanliness standards of Swiss hotels. **Service:** Check-in and check-out were both quick. Our room was ready well in advance, and luggage storage was straightforward. They provide a Basel Card, which offers free use of all city public transport and half-price entry to some museums. I didn't particularly notice any other services.

The hotel is also located near Basel's tourist attractions. The hotel staff who served us during the check in was super friendly and polite, and guided us to look at the city map. Enjoyed the fact that they served fruits and water at their lobby for guests, as we will always get a drink when we exit/enter the hotel.

There is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the train station, the hotel will give a city transportation card, free bus, 50% discount on attractions and museums. The decoration is old, but the basic facilities are satisfied, the tram station is out, saving a lot of footpower. There is also a large supermarket and food court nearby, you can eat the flavors of Thailand and the Middle East, the price is reasonable. The hotel is close to the roadside. Maybe I live on the first floor. There will be a vibration when the tram passes by, but it is good to rest when you are tired. Forgot to take photos in the room. If it is convenient to go out, it is a cost-effective hotel.

In fact, it's quite general, I was planted by Xiaohongshu. First of all, the geographical position is far away. 20 minutes walk from Basel Station, on the other side of the river. Although most of the roads are better, the main attractions: the station, the ancient city and the Art Basel are on the river side, so it is not very convenient. I have a feeling that there is no need to go so far for this hotel Secondly, hotel decoration. The picture of Xiaohongshu is too beautiful, and the p-graph composition is too heavy. In fact, it is more ordinary, and I live on the fourth floor. The whole aisle feels freshly painted and has a paint smell. Finally, service. The two waitresses of check in and out are obviously squeezed out of smiles. A German brother who was on duty at night made me feel serious and enthusiastic.

Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig. Das Hotel ist z.Z. im Umbau. Manche Räume z.B. der Eingang/Essbereich sind provisorisch. Das ist in Ordnung, aber für den Zimmerpreis, der aufgerufen wird im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sportlich, da es nicht wie ein gehobenes Hotel, sondern wie ein Hostel wirkt. Wir konnten unser Fenster auf dem Zimmer nicht öffnen und der Raum war extrem warm und stickig. Wir vermissten auch einen Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und man erreicht mit der Tram direkt vor dem Hotel in wenigen Stationen das Zentrum. Das Frühstück war extrem hochwertig und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr Kinder- und Hundefreundlich, was uns gut gefallen hat. Optimal war der Garagenparkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel.

Breakfast is available if requested, but it is very easy to use the fully equipped kitchen which is mostly used quite well by the guests. Access by lift is available. The bunks are quite wide and comfortable and there is lockable storage space. The site is very near to public transport which is convenient. In summer there are eateries and drinking places right next door. There are food shops nearby. Toilets and showers are all good and kept clean.

MYAgnes29Had a wonderful stay at B&B HOTEL Basel! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The rooms were cozy and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of travelling around Switzerland. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. Great value for money in Basel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Basel!

The room was clean, we have a bunkbed, double bed with a single bunkbed. The toilet is separated, the shower room is very tiny, not much room to move around inside. No hair dryer is provided. There is a small TV in the room where the channels are quite many in France and some in English. Our towels were changed daily and our bed also being done daily during our stay. The hotel is in good location, there is a tram stop nearby, also we can just walk around 15 minutes to the main train station and it was safe during the night and even early morning. The nearest supermarket is COOP and it is around around 5-10 minutes, you can see the COOP office building from the hotel and still need to walk straight from it.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the train station, the hotel will give a city transportation card, free bus, 50% discount on attractions and museums. The decoration is old, but the basic facilities are satisfied, the tram station is out, saving a lot of footpower. There is also a large supermarket and food court nearby, you can eat the flavors of Thailand and the Middle East, the price is reasonable. The hotel is close to the roadside. Maybe I live on the first floor. There will be a vibration when the tram passes by, but it is good to rest when you are tired. Forgot to take photos in the room. If it is convenient to go out, it is a cost-effective hotel.

Go out along the south exit of the railway station, walk through two intersections and you will be in a residential area. 2. The hotel and the next homestay belong to the same family, so you need to check in at the front desk on the first floor of the homestay 3. The conditions are similar to those of domestic four-star hotels, and the price/performance ratio is super high 4. The front desk has a good attitude and is always there. 5. Breakfast can be added and luggage can be stored. . . . There are two parking spaces at the door, because many of them come by car 6. The curtain is automatic and has a remote control highly recommended
