The location is opposite the Eurostar train station, and the tram station is also in front of the train station, which is very convenient for the free traveller. The room is large, very comfortable and very clean. There is still a large bed with a large sofa bed. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic to help carry luggage to the room. The breakfast at the hotel is also very rich and very delicious.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location, only 2 minutes to the Red District and 5 minutes to the shopping Center. There is a very famous cafe just right next to the hotel. Lots of options at the hotel breakfast with excellent service. The oysters at the hotel restaurant are highly recommended. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. I left my two pairs of diamond earrings at the hotel safe after a week's stay. They helped me find them and poster them back to me in HK. I will definitely return to this hotel next time when I am in Amsterdam. The hotel's location is two minutes from the red light district. Another downtown shopping mall is five minutes away. Amsterdam's famous coffee shop is right next door. Early mornings are plentiful and the service is good. The oysters in the hall are delicious. I stayed for a week and left my two pairs of diamond earrings in the hotel safe. After returning to Hong Kong, contact the hotel. The hotel helped me find the earrings and sent them to my Hong Kong address. The earrings are intact. Thank you very much.

The location is very good, opposite the Dam Square, not far from the various attractions and train stations, can be reached on foot. There are many restaurants and bars next to it, which is very atmospheric. It is only a short walk from Queen’s Department Store. The hotel environment is very good and the breakfast is delicious.

I stayed here with two friends for 2 nights over the 8th of August weekend. We arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm (check in time is 3pm), and were greeted by the owners wife a very nice Irish woman, who told us that the room was not ready yet. No problem we went for a drink at a bar down the road and left our bags in the hotel and returned around 30 minutes later where we were taken to our room. The room was on the second floor up some very steep steps, not a problem for us but something to be aware of. The room was okay, and all we wanted was a bed for the night as we didn't expect to spend too much time here. The weather that weekend was 30+ degrees but we didn't expect the room to have AC. The bathroom facilities were shared and which wasn't a problem but I could barely close the door behind me in the toilet as the space was that small and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The sleep quality in this hotel was awful, as mentioned in other reviews every time someone opened or closed a door a large bang would follow. There was a group of 5-6 people in the room next to us and two doors leading to the bathroom shower area so every single morning we were awoken by a non stop series of bangs (I'm talking about 20 loud bangs). I had ear plugs in and was still awoken every time by the noise and vibrations. We checked out of our room 15 minutes late as the two shared showers were being used which resulted in us being slightly late, we explained, apologised and there were no problems at the time, we left our bags at the hotel as our flight was not until the evening and enjoyed our last day. We arrived back at 6.15pm to collect our bags and be on our way to the airport, when collecting our bags we were cornered in the small bag room and confronted aggressively by the owner, a dutch man who we had never met before, about why we thought it was acceptable to check out late. We explained our reason and apologised but he did not stop here, he then accused us of leaving our bags at the hotel without permission which was not true and the woman who we asked was there and stated that we had asked. I then reminded him that we never caused a problem when our room was an hour late to be ready which did not go down well with him. We picked up our bags and left the hotel and waited for our taxi, we were followed outside the hotel by the man continuing to complain about the fact we were 15 minutes late checking out. The man then asked me and my friends what religion we were as this that had something to do with anything. We were not once confrontational to the man or any of the staff members but it seems he was after an argument and couldn't let the issue go. I would never normally give a negative review to a hotel and up until the point of check out I wouldn't have said the experience was negative. But you cannot treat your guest like that especially when it felt to me that there was a underlying discrimination element to it. Everyone at the hotel was friendl

The entire staff was an 11 out of 10!!! Friendly, helpful, happy and grateful for our visit to their establishment. Really helpful with suggestions, directions, ordered museum tickets for us, really cared that we had an enjoyable stay. Beds very comfortable, clean and overall a top notch establishment. The only thing that could improve would be a better solution to 3rd floor windows rattling a bit with high winds. I was able to stuff a few earplugs between the window frame to cushion the banging from wind which did help significantly. Not enough of an issue to complain directly to management while on site because the noise was greatly reduced with my quick fix. I'm sure they would have addressed promptly if I had escalated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This check-in is a business trip. The three of them stayed in three double-bed rooms. The hotel is located next to The Hague Central Railway Station and can be reached in about five minutes on foot. The hotel is very convenient for transportation, and it is also adjacent to the business district. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs. The scale is not bad. The owner is Hong Kong. There are about a dozen floors in the hotel. There is no specific number. On each floor of the elevator, there is a basket and fruits, including kiwi, beer, banana, orange, apple and so on. Breakfast is quite good, full range, clean and healthy, yogurt is especially recommended to try, there are three flavors. There is a Chinese Malaysian duty manager at the front desk, who can barely speak Mandarin, speaks fluent Cantonese, and has a good service attitude. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with large windows designed to provide panoramic views of The Hague. In addition, it is no exaggeration to say that the bed is the most comfortable one since I stayed in so many hotels, it is really particularly comfortable. It ’s rare to give a five-star hotel, but anyway, this stay is worthy of five-star praise

I booked a room in this hotel - I had to pay part of the additional fees 241 rubles .. but it takes 2 times more from me at the reception desk. 6.64 EUR !!! photo of my reservation, photo of the receipt from the reception about the requirement in the photo below. I almost do not understand English. But all I could understand was that the additional fees every day are different in amount. So kaa yesterday with me 3.40 EURO took the surcharge, but I have a reservation today. And the surcharge on it today? Why is there one extra charge when booking, but in fact they require 2 times more? What should I do in this case? Do I have the right to pay 241 rubles -3.49 EURO as shown in the reservation? Why is the Princess Hotel not informing the Trip.com website about another surcharge on this day? Or is the Trip.com website writing the wrong surcharges? Please understand the situation!

All The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite we liked the complimentary welcome drink on arrival and departure also fact you had a fridge and fresh water and fruit was put in the room with a little chocolate each day . Set a four-person room, a large bed with two single beds, a bunk bed. In the basement, the hotel is not bad, there is no slippers, a kettle, and there is a socket that can be directly charged without conversion. The hotel reception staff are very nice and can buy bus tickets at the front desk. The hotel is strategically located, not far from the Van Gogh Museum and the tram platform, with parking at the door. There are several kindergartens around, and the children and the local children are very happy.

This hotel is in the suburbs. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest tram station. There are 1 roads 11 and 17 and you can take a 20-minute bus ride to leideseplein, which is the place where the city center can walk to the museum area. You can also take the 17th road for about 30 minutes and sit directly at the central station area. Hotel breakfast is good. The surrounding area is a bit ridiculous, basically nothing. The room was small and the two suitcases were full.

The hotel is located outside the tourist area, a little remote, but close to the highway and exhibition hall RAI, walk to Tram, Metro, about 600 meters, 7 minutes. About 3 Metro stops to the exhibition hall. The hotel has a parking lot, and there are several community supermarkets around 500 meters away, which is quite convenient. The management of chain hotels is relatively standard, and the lobby design is quite simple and bright. The reception staff is very kind. The hotel room design will not feel cramped. The bathroom is clean and the bed is soft. Continental breakfast is on the first floor. Although there are not many types, hot food/scrambled eggs/croissants/fried bacon/salad/juice/coffee is rich and delicious. It is worth staying.

When booking the hotel, both of my friends and my friends clearly saw that it stated on Ctrip that it was less than two kilometers from Amsterdam Central Station. As a result, when I got off the train and looked at the map, I was about to leave the city of Amsterdam. The traffic was very inconvenient! ! ! It's really inconvenient! ! It takes more than an hour to get to the city center every day. The hotel is remote. If you plan to spend late in the city center every day, the suggestion is to book a hotel near the city. The night is a bit scary.

Beautiful hotel located about 20 mins or less from the centre of Amsterdam. 2 minute walk from a tram stop and 7 minutes from a metro station. Room itself was nice and spacious. Very clean and nice interior design. Iron and ironing board come with the standard room as well as a coffee machine and save to lock away valuables. Rooms get tidied up everyday as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only criticism I would give is the beds were a bit firm for our liking so it was a bit hard for us to sleep. Besides that minor point I would definitely recommend this hotel! Good value for money and I will be visiting again.

The location of the hotel is good. It is about a minute walk from the tram stop (No. 17), but the location is not in the city center, and it is quite convenient to take the tram. The service staff is very good and provide a lot of assistance. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also good, with a variety of drinks and bread. Since we only have one day of accommodation, we asked if we could leave our luggage when we checked out, and the hotel would be happy to help provide space for us! This is great! No need to run around with your luggage! It ’s just that some of the hot water bottles in the room do n’t work, and the bathroom hair dryers do n’t work either. But overall the price is very high! Cheap and convenient! If you come to Amsterdam next time, you should still stay here! Pretty recommended! The room is quite big overall!

I have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times! I chose it because it was cheaper. If it is not in the city, it is not far away. About 10 minutes walking distance from lelylaan or the station. One stop to the airport and two stops from Central Station. There is a tram stop 5 minutes walk to the city. The supermarket is far away, and there is a small supermarket in the train station. If you want to find a big supermarket, you can take the tram to the downtown area, or walk for another 5 minutes at the train station. There are two supermarkets over there. The room is a domestic 3-star standard. If you have a limited budget and don't want to stay in a hostel, come here!

The front desk staff is very warm and friendly. Although the hotel is not in the city, there are 24 trams at the door (remember to buy a 24-hour bus ticket at the front desk without an OV card), which is very convenient, and the hotel has a new design and various kitchen utensils. Next to it is a supermarket with a large room. There is also a parking lot underground, suitable for self-driving people (although it is cheaper to have an Olympic OV parking lot nearby, but you need to go early, if you go in the afternoon, you need to wait in line for parking spaces). Hotel is highly recommended!

The hotel upgrades for me free of charge, room is enough, the bed is particularly shiny! ! ! Although the highway is outside the window, the sound insulation of the glass is very good, and almost no sound is heard. The noise in the corridor can come in from the door. There is a Beatrix park next to it, suitable for early exercise. Will come next time!

We had stayed in this hotel last year when it was being refurbished and found it to be perfect so having booked the Concertgebouw for a Sunday Concert decided to use it again. We booked a Superior Double overlooking the garden. We arrived soaking wet after a day of cycling in pouring rain and were greeted with smiles and the offer of towels and tea to drink. There is private space to park the bikes and were personally shown to our room. The decor is really lovely - soothing and calm colours with beautiful bed linen and comfortable mattress. The shower is perfect and a choice of lighting for all times of the day which is really good. I like the fact that you can reject housekeeping for environmental reasons (we only stayed one night so not applicable) but I think soap dispensers by the shower and sink would be better than small bars of soap and gel bottles. Very pleased that glasses were there for water. For the standard of room perhaps the coffee choice could be better with biscuits available. We especially like the location as it quiet and peaceful and 2 mins from the Vondelpark and 10 to the Concertgebouw on foot.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights! It was a wonderful hotel experience. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful. We had a nice room on the back with a small patio. (Unfortunately, the weather wasn't such that we could enjoy it, but I'm sure it's a plus in the warmer weather.) The room was small, but quite comfortable for a long stay. The bathroom shower was a nice size by European standards. The bed quite comfy. Mainly, I can't say enough about the staff! The 'breakfast crew" - Maxime and Fahima were always there with my morning cappuccinos and good conversations, especially Maxime. He gave us some wonderful ideas on 'things to do', which we did. We felt like we made a 'new friend' in him. Rebecca at the front desk was sweet and full of good conversations and restaurant recommendations. Fahima kept the breakfast amply supplied. (Breakfast is 10 Euro pp, and I highly recommend it - fresh coffee, fruits, cheese, breads, yogurts, meats and more. Excellent bargain w/out having to go and find a place to eat.) The hotel is 'off the beaten path' but on the #2 tram route (w/in feet of the front door) and a very quiet street. It was maybe a 15-20 minute walk to Van Gogh, Rijks and Modern Art Museums - which we preferred over the tram. All in all, I highly recommend Hotel Apple Inn. A great Amsterdam 'find'.

Pros- The room was great - a good size, comfortable bed, clean, cleverly set out and nicely decorated. I especially liked the safe in the room where i could store my laptop and a bunch of other stuff while I went out. The actual parking - once I was in it - was great, I had a lot of items of sentimental value in my car so I was able to relax and go out for the evening knowing it was secure. Two of the staff members I met were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel has its own bike hire too which was fantastic as its a bit of a hike into the town centre. Cons- At the risk of writing war and peace because of a few minor niggles - there was a great deal of confusion over the parking before i arrived as the car parking appears on the site to be included with the room - but its not, its another 26 euros and its very limited so make sure you have this sorted before you go - and theres not much other alternative parking around as its a busy part of town. Also, whereas I met two staff members who were really pleasant, practical and helpful, I also met one less than helpful staff member who did his best to prove both me and his colleague wrong about extra charges - this guy also criticised his colleague to me for not 'doing things right' - which i found pretty annoying, as he'd been really decent. Also - the breakfast, whilst it wasn't terrible, it wasn't great and for what it was, seemed overpriced. All relatively minor issues though, certainly didn't ruin my stay as it was all resolved, it just ended up being more expensive than expected which i guess is the way most of these places work. Ultimately the hotel is great- just be aware you're playing the usual cat and mouse game of 'spot the extra charges' from before you arrive.

I do n’t know if it ’s the Dutch drainage system or what it is. During the drainage process of this hotel, there will be a sound like a pressure relief valve from time to time, and the sound is huge, even if your room is used, the other rooms are the key.
