Extremely comfortable Twin Beds with firm mattress & pillows that provided amazing back support!
3 awesome tennis courts to play at, however some reconstruction on the court surface is needed.
Beautiful pool to relax and enjoy.
Cons: No one attended to us when we arrived at the resort. Had to carry our own luggages into hotel lobby and approach the concierge for check in.
Unhelpful and uncaring reception.
Fittings and fixtures in the room and bathroom needs to be fixed or upgraded.
Should install electric sockets and USB/Type-C charging stations beside the bed.

Garden Cliff is right next to a picturesque rocky beach, making it a prime location. Although the hotel itself may appear slightly dated, the rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, without any extravagant offerings, but the coffee surpassed expectations. The pool is stunning and provides a delightful opportunity to relax and take a refreshing swim while enjoying the beachside ambience. Additionally, there is a small sandy area adjacent to the beach, which I found preferable to the stony beach nearby. Great budget condo. Very convenient. Right on a main road. Many indians live here. Can feel the anger from annoyed staffs. Indians here r a handful. But overall good experience. Have parking guards. 1. Check in process was not as smooth as expected. 3 staffs were at the check in counter and 2 were not doing anything. I was standing in the queue for 5 mins before someone approached me and requested for my passport. Then followed by another 5 mins wait. Welcome drink was super refreshing and tasty!
2. Rooms are clean in general but I noticed that the house keeping staff did not clean the bathtub everyday!!! They did change the towel, make the bed etc but 100% did not wash and clean the bathtub which is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel
3. Ordered a bottle of wine and fries at the roof top bar, the fries was soggy and salty, wine didn’t taste good either. Items are way too overpriced!! THB200 for a small cup of hot Americano.
4. Really love the pool (with jacuzzi) and view from the rooftop. But security is concerning because you don’t need to tap the room card to access any floors. Possibly people who are not staying in this hotel can access the rooftop and use the pool? Not sure how they check about this.
5. Love the hotel bed and pillows so much! It’s super comfortable and we had a great rest every night!
6. Requested for high floor and quiet room but we were given low floor (level 13) without them even trying to accommodate my request. Booked via trip.com which comes with free late checkout but was informed by the hotel checkin staff that i must check out by 12pm.From$52

Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.From$77

Nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds Amazing Stay 🤩 and super wow. The room small but comfortable and very clean. I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.From$35

The rooms are in need of major refurbishment, old and worn out. Everything didn't seem to work.
We checked into a family room and did an inspection.
-toilet bowl had a stench when opened up the cover
-towels fell off the rack and were in the bathtub
-both tvs didn't work and needed to call maintenance to come up
-hair were found on the old hotel phone
-stains all over the couch
Plus side
-hotel amenities such as gym and pool were good
-shuttle to terminal 21
-checkin process was good and the manager made us feel at home

We stayed 2 nights in this place the 1st night was fantastic, but in 2nd night I was not able to sleep properly we walk up at the middle of the night someone knocking at our door 3 times and its to loud...we heard commotion outside in our hallway someone's fighting thier voice was loud and door was banging. I was scared and worried specilly we have baby with us and walking up of the noise too.
I told my husband no matter what don't open the door.
The good things after an hour the hallway was silent again. But then I can't sleep back as it is.

Great value for money if you’re on a tight budget. Room was cleaned daily as well as fresh bed linen and towels. The hotel could do with a fresh lick of paint but having been through COVID-19 lockdowns it’s understandable if money is tight for a redecoration. That is only a minor fault. Overall the stay and experience was excellent. The staff are very courteous and dealt with a problem of a Chinese family’s kid urinating by the pool very swiftly!The breakfast was buffet style and eat as much or as little as needed. Very satisfying! Nothing much to fault. Located between Jomtien and Pattaya city so it’s very easy to access these places by 10baht taxi. Will definitely be staying again. It's not a good location towards shopping mall and you still can walks probably 20 mins distance before you can reach the shopping mall and sea side. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room are big and tidy, but as for the toilet shower room is so bad as taking shower the water will flush out and the floor will be very wet. The hotel morning breakfast is good.From$44

The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

The room is well soundproofed, the air conditioner is cool, there is breakfast, but it's chicken porridge that comes to the room. If it's a buffet style at the restaurant, it will be very good. Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area.Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Regularly per day rooms beds, sheets are changing, cleaning everyday. The biggest shopping Mall (BIG C) just 150meter walking distance away. excellent staff. Highly Recommended to stay. Not disappointed.

|0.61km from city centerI have serious questions on the integrity culture of this hotel. When I was checking out they said “everything is complete” without returning my security deposit money. When I reminded them about it, they asked for the receipt. Unfortunately, I left the receipt in the room. They innocently said that they don’t have a copy of it! (That means if I fake a receipt for any money they would just give it to me!)
Unbelievably unprofessional attitude.
Rest of the things in the hotel was alright. Except, their bathroom comes in 3 parts. Toilet is a clumsy room, bathroom is a little glass square and bathroom sink is in the room.
I will never return to this hotel only because of their unprofessional behavior.

Nothing fancy but pretty neat and clean. The lower portion of the walls is tiled, don't know why...Bathrooms are also clean and tidy. The balcony is good overlooking to swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick. Enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is good. There are dining appliances, breakfast table on the balcony. The view to the pool, not apartments opposite, but office.
To the center is not close, about 20 minutes on a bike, if you rent for a short period, you will have to choose transportation. Tuk-tucks don't travel practically.

But the windows could be kept open in the day. In the rest of the villas the windows were curtained because the swimming pool was a room. There are no safes in the rooms - they are in the corridor behind the respiratory, locked on their locks - take away from the house. Very good location - opposite the beach of Dongtan. On the left and right two excellent cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch. 7/11 Next, behind the corner - Krungsri ATMs, tuck-tucks in the center of Pattaya.

Anyone who comes to stay on holiday, don't have to worry about finding something to eat in the evening. I recommend going and buying it. Snacks can be found at Sak Ngaew Market nearby or you can buy them to take back to the resort. Large refrigerator for storing snacks comfortably. Saw that the restaurant had a menu from an outside restaurant. (but haven't tried) You can order and eat on a table in the middle of the garden. The swimming pool is clean, not very deep, just the right amount. Who still can't decide on a place to stay? Come to the hill house. The owner is very kind. Emphasize that it's really cheap.

|5.1km from city centerHigh rise apartments which I suspect is under management on behalf of owners. Furnishings are modern with good bathroom facilities. Stayed on the 28th floor with spectacular views of Jomtien Beach. Biggest letdown was communication as there is no on site office. No compendium in the apartment to advise how to operate facilities. Heard there were 3 pools and found the rooftop on 38th floor but no advice on other locations nor of any other facilities. Limited kitchen facilities and no jug to boil water so guess work on the microwave. Probably the biggest disappointment was being refused a second room card so not ideal if we wanted to do different things.

|3.39km from city centerWe had a nice stay here. The best part was defintely the private pool, which was clean and a decent size. The villa was spacious and had separate toilet, bathtub and shower areas, with pool access from the shower. There were some run down or dirty details, see pictures, but overall it was nice. Cleaning of the room has to be requested, which was not explained when checking in. On the first day we did not get cleaning, only clean towels and water bottles were left for us on the patio table. When we asked about it, they said that many guests had requested not to have claning on that day, so in order to get it we should have asked. This is quite an unusual policy and I feel that implementation of ”Do not disturb/Please make up room” signs could be useful. On the following days we requested cleaning and got it, but no more water bottles or towel animals :) The area has many services and Terminal 21 and the beach road are at walking distance. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. We would consider staying here again, if in need of accommodation in this area, thanks to the private pool and relaxing atmosphere.
